I have had my website up and running for about 2 months now. I believe that my content is optimized for SEO, but based on google analytics and a visitor traffic plug in, no on
Thanks so much everyone! I was just getting a little nervous that I was doing something wrong. I'll keep creating content and hopefully moving on!
1 year I guess... why i say that?
When I see websites from my search result the post date were last year and the website got serial real comments 1 year after the blog posted
it is strange but I think that is how Google does things.
My website is almost 4 months old and I'm just starting to get ranked in google!
I expect organic traffic around month 6 hopefully!
I'll cross my fingers!
month 3-6 is when you start getting noticed by the search engines properly. 2 months is a bit early to be expecting organic hits, you are not doing anything wrong, just keep creating content and I wouldn't focus too much on the analytics side at this point. 6 months is an ideal target to start seeing progress with organic traffic.
How long did it take for your website to start getting hits?

You don't say how much content you have written. The more you write the more chance you have of people visiting. This depends of course on the quality of your content and if it is ranking. Jim
