You can begin by being observant, The pen is made by Pilot and it has the word "FRIXION" written on it. From now on take notice of all the pens you use. Try to keep your own pen. If you do not know what you are about to use just don't use it and use your own.
If it did not happen already chances are it won't happen at all.
