Do you have a moment? Or a fear?
Hello everybody,
I hope you are doing really well? It's a beautiful, though freaking cold, day here in Cambridge UK. Will be going to South Africa for nearly a month next week - 35+ degrees... can't wait :-)
Hope you all have exciting or relaxing (or both) plans for the holiday season too...
Anyway, here the reason for this post. I have created another article which addresses in detail whether hypnosis could be the answer to overcome fear of flying. Would you mind:
- Give it a scan and see what you think?
- There is a technique which I used times and times to help many greatly reduce their fear (in less than 15 minutes) so PLEASE if you know anyone who suffers from fear of flying send them the article
