Hi there bros and sis (PewDiePie slang :D),

I bet if you have asked yourself this very same question, at least before you joined: "is Wealthy Affiliate a scam?"

What is your opinion? Is this the real deal or not?
If someone asked you this, what would you answer?

The reason I'm asking this is to collect some of your opinions to add more value to my Wealthy Affiliate review here: http://www.buzznitrous.com/wealthy-affiliate-scam-...

(Please confirm that you allow me to include your thoughts on my review, by simply saying "I ALLOW" and answering to my question.)

I want to read what you guys think.

Cheers,
Louie

I do think its a bit scammy; having just joined the starter, I have found the information to be nothing more than a few unnecessarily long videos on how to do really simple things to start posting on a wordpress blog - nothing on gaining real traffic, and not a single thing on actual affiliate programs without paying the membership. The membership fee is monthly and insanely high - quite simply unaffordable for anyone who is not yet earning from their website and seems like a high expense afterwards. It does not seem trustworthy.

Hey there!
Thanks for your comment!

I have to politely disagree.

Before I joined WA, I had more than 10 years of experience using WordPress (yes, I've been using it quite from the start). So I almost totally get what you mean when you say "unnecessarily long videos on how to do really simple things to start posting on a wordpress blog".

Unnecessary to you and to me, maybe. But not for the vast majority of the folks who joined this training. Most of all are complete beginners. So those long videos are, in fact, useful to them.

But I'll tell you more, those videos have more than meets the eye, if you really want to learn. They teach you way more than just doing simple things on WordPress. They show you what -- not just how -- to do when building out a niche website. Which is something completely different than building a regular WordPress blog.

So I can honestly say that, despite my vast experience, I took an humble approach to those videos (and to Wealthy Affiliate) and still got a lot from them.

All I can say are that those building blocks of a niche website explained in the very first videos are more than worth it. I know it so because I'm getting good results after impletementing them.

About the price of the training, yeah it might be expensive, but if you compare it to other training programs, you'll see that's far from being the most expensive.

It's not just the training you get out of those $47 per month. It's the support, direct contact with the owners, the free websites, hosting, keyword tool, webinars, the community, and you can even earn money contributing to WA by creating your own training lessons.

Scammy and not trustworthy? Couldn't disagree more.
What other training programs let you sign up and see what they look like from the inside before asking you to spend money?
Try other trainings to see what comes out of it.

Best of luck,
Louie

WA doesn't promise you overnight riches, but what it does do is allow you to consistently build an online BUSINESS (and yes it's a business because WA helps you create a foundation which should last a lifetime). WA is also legit and authentic because it's owners are authentic as well!

Thank you for your comment, Sid! :)

I'm still a newbie here, but I think it's as real as they come. The scams I've seen promise the world as a get rich quick scheme, but offer little on training and the reality that success requires lots of work. Here at WA, there's no end to the learning potential and we can define our own success and how we want to achieve it. This is no scam, there are no hidden fees. Nothing here is for free, but that doesn't mean it will cost you lots of money either. You need determination and goals, Kyle & Carson supply all the tools you need to succeed. Work hard and you will reap the rewards you desire... the bonus here is that there are tons of good folks in the same boat as you and they all want you to succeed at accomplishing your goals. That community of mentors is, as they say in the credit card commercials, PRICELESS!

Thanks MPerron :) I've included the direct link to this WA blog post, so now every one who sees my review is able to come here and check everyone's answers. :D

This platform is the real deal. :-)

Thanks! :)

I am still working through the lessons, but so far I am happy with this, I have seen some so called scams before that tell you after paying an enormous amount of money to start with that the money will make you a millionaire in less than 1 month, that is a scam, but wa to my opinion is not cheers Helen allow

Thank you so much, Helen! :)

Just updated the post with your comment, Helen :) http://www.buzznitrous.com/wealthy-affiliate-scam-review/ (It's on the 'If I was you, I wouldn't take my word for it' secion)

thanks

A scam is where you are led to believe you will make money by sitting back doing nothing, or where you have to buy something of little value and get others to do the same in order for you to make money. Wealthy Affiliate is neither of these. Hard work IS required to be successful here and your success depends on only one person ... YOU. I allow.

Thank you, Rob, for your comment! :)

Thanks Justdoit73! (Just saw this -- asking you that say CONFIRMED looks like you saying "YES, I confirm, it's a scam" -- please edit your post now, I already know I'm allowed to share your thoughts. Sorry and thanks.)

It's not a scam it's what you personally make of the training. I've been with W. A. for 1 1/2 months now and have met and been greated by many good people. And even though I've been to busy to really get into the training I personally think it's a great learning site. With a lot of knowable people.

Thanks for you comment, theone10! :)
