Have to be Psychic?!
As you know by my profile page, I'm (well I WAS) an affiliate for Vemma. About an hour ago on a webinar, I found out that the government shut down Vemma for being a pyramid scheme. You all know how much time, effort and money goes into promoting a product and company you believe in. Of course now I have to delete my WA site and watch all the work I put into it disappear!
My question is...do you have to be psychic in order to succeed in this line of business?! How are we supposed to know what is honest and true facts, or what is bullshit to entice trusting people into some shiester-run organization. One of Vemma's mantras was "it's all about people". That obviously was a lie, so if I was psychic I would have known that.
Trouble is I did a lot of research before I joined, and aside from a handful of negative comments, the majority was all good, and "sucker approved". So what can you really believe and trust in?

Top of the mornin' to you,my friend,
So sorry to hear about this - it's not easy. It's just as Michael Dlouhy said in his book that I sent you, most people are frustrated because of what others are doing (or not doing!)
This is where we need to stand together and help each other to be strong, to get up off the floor and get going again.
You are not alone!!
Praying for you, Pitters
Thanks Pitters. I see a series of events starting to happen, so I'm anxious to see what's ahead. Still frustrated, but hopeful! Maybe I can catch up on my reading...
I'm sorry to hear that Lou.It's never easy to start over, especially when approaching retirement age. I believe WA is a good place where you can make it happen. Prayers................Marty
To answer your question on having to be a psychic I would have to say no however it would be nice to be a psychic and see through all the bs as you say. Sometimes we have to put blind faith into something we truly believe in, that is part of the essence of being an entrepreneur in my opinion we all make sacrifices under a blind eye at times and fortunately for some it pays off and others not soo but the kicker is to keep pushing and continue to try different angles for success! All I can say really is that if you want to believe in something you trust then believe in yourself! :)
Thanks for the words of encouragement. I hear what you're saying, and I know that's true. Just blowing off steam!
