Google wants me to make a new dns record with their code so they can verify my site.
If this is for Google verification, typically you can get around creating a DNS record. See this video for assistance: Google Webmaster Verification
ah that one is complicated. Do you have your site hosted here at WA? And is it a siterubix website or on your own domain?

Thanks you guys. I figured out how to add the html to my header. But I would still like to know how to make a DNS record!

Even if I can bring the site up on my browser, I can't get to my dashboard
I signed up for Google apps thinking it would help track email but it is for big business. It was a 30 day trial and then you have to pay.I lost access to my email and had to go back to Safari.Safari couldn't find my websites.I didn't pay for G.A. and it went away and things are normal again........................... Can you go to your site from your dash board? Thats the rout I go.Site Rubix to manager to the site or bottom left and right boxes to edit.
Thanks for responding Marty! Last night no matter what I tried, I could not bring up my site dashboard...it just disappeared. Luckily when I tried again today, things were back to normal. Don't know what happened, but I sure hope it doesn't happen again!
Things can get frustrating but perserverence pays. smooth sailing

quick resoultions. Marty
Same thing happens to me and I could never find out why. I started using a different browser. It would often happen on Firefox, so I should use strike that. So I switched from strike that two from to Chrome.
I tried different browsers too, nothing worked. Got it back today though. I hate when that kind of thing happens and there's nothing you can do about it but wait it out.

Can't correct the theme issue anywhere that I can see
If you ae talking about the image they were showing you before you activated it. That is there just for advertising purposes. You need to add your own images for that affect.
Good to know. I decided to go with a different theme anyway, but thanks for responding with the info!

Thanks you guys. I figured out how to add the html to my header. But I would still like to know how to make a DNS record!
