Good morning all!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

I cant say mine was that productive except I rearranged my tiny little living room. I sometimes need a change of scenery even if it is only at home. Going back to dealing with depression and anxiety, I had a meltdown on Saturday.

For those who suffer depression and anxiety, it does not do you any good to hold your frustrations and disappointments inside. keep a journal and then tear it out and burn it and do not call it back to your mind. pick a time when you and your other is calm and you can sit and discuss your feelings and how they can help you kep them under control.

Our family dynamic went from me being home all the time having everyday with him, to me not being here six or seven hours out of the day. Is it possible for a Husband to have separation anxiety?

maybe today will be better.

To your sucess

I’m sorry you had a bad day! I know how they feel and can relate to your words. Be gentle with yourself and try to remember that no matter how little a progress is, it’s still progress! We aren’t robots and humanness happens!
Sending healing thoughts 🙏

Hello Lorie,
Strangely I had a similar day. I had a similar day Sunday. My partner sometimes provokes me in to a fit of rage. I have a few mental issues needless to say. Its not pretty when provoked. But surprisely I went off once and told her to leave me alone the rest of the day. So I cooked and baked I put on my headphones and jammed to Steve Perry for hours then I finished a blog. I enjoyed my sounds of silence. Hope your doing better.

Be well,
Melanie Lynne

Oh I think anyone can have separation anxiety. Right now I am going through that with my son. He just started school (for the first time) last week and we are both suffering.
My husband lost his job early in the year and was home for 7 weeks. Then he got a new job and his hours are wacky. It is hard to have him gone so much but we need him to work to survive.
I think it is one of those things you get used to with time but in the meantime the anxiety is REAL!
I am sorry you are going through this! Venting is definitely cathartic and I promise you are not alone!

Hang in there, Lorie! We all experience these things every now and then! When all the venom is out, then the heaing can truly begin, my friend!

Jeff🙏
