When my computer goes down, I head to my local library. They have put in 30 computers for use via library card. I went recently to a smart phone which still confuses me. Best of luck.

I live in an area that has limited and a disrupted internet connectivity, one thing for sure you become very creative. I would engage to a large degree via smartphone on the go you can do so much even down to creating content straight into WP via voice to text. So there are so many options.
