I Fired Myself and This is what happened!

Well, I finally did it. After nearly 3 decades of being the boss, of having employees and having people reporting to me every day, I did it. I fired myself.

I've been in business for years. I owned the top catering company in Las Vegas in my 20's and sold it many years ago. When we signed the sale papers, the first words I said were "I will never manage another person again".

Too funny. Just a few years later I was launching a new business and had a growing team.

When you can lead generate, it often means needing others to complete the tasks that take it to a sale. I had to have sales people and administrative support in every business.

I have the personality of someone that leads others, yet I was always craving the space to just focus and do my own thing. I wanted to create. And working alone is a sweet spot for me.

Yesterday, I signed the last payroll for the final employee. I was able to choose affiliate marketing as my primary focus.

I didn't fire the employees. I spent the last year setting them up for success so that I could live in what I love - affiliate marketing. I even gave my brothers one of my companies. I'll still get revenue share which essentially is another affiliate income stream.

I built my affilaite marketing business to 6 figures annually organically through teaching real estate agents how to use software. I didn't really even know I was building it. It was just a natural part of what I did daily in my blog, on webinars and on Youtube.

It wasn't until this year that I began learning how to add in affilaite marketing to my blogs outside of software. I'm now earning income on Adsense, Amazon, Groupon and many others. Today was my first day where I had Amazon affiliate sales on 3 of my baby niche websites I started this year.

What an amazing quality of life. Freedom. Choices. Creativity.

I create content now all day including blogs, funnels, pins, videos etc. and never draw a blank on what to create.

I'm also grateful to be part of this forum and earning affiliate income promoting WA as well.

There's a lot to learn, test, measure and prove and I love it!!
