I have been cruising through the training and then In the second certification it was time to begin writing content. I have to admit, I am an OK writer, but I am learning. I am new to word press as well.

So have to say I have felt stuck for the past week. I stayed away from Wealthy Affiliate as every time I made it back to my lesson I was stuck again and I did not feel I could even ask a question intelligently enough to get the support of my Wealthy Affiliate family. I did not want to throw in the towel though..

I went to my local library at I got The Huffington Posts Compete Guide to Blogging. I found the book easy to read and it gave me some tips, and gave me more confidence in knowing what I do not know yet and gave me more knowledge as well. I was able to find out what I was stuck on, and I was able to create my first post. I am back on the horse again!

Ride that horse all the way to the bank, my friend!

Well done Loresa.

See it only took a little enginuity

I hope you are doing well. Just don't give and continue working on your work. You will not fail as long you don't quit. If you have question then ask. You are not alone. Have a nice day.

Loresa, there is no rule or guideline anywhere that states how long writer's block should or will last. Sometimes the logjam just needs to work itself out. You may have been putting too much pressure on yourself to produce something, so nothing at all was able to flow.

Check out my training (link on my profile page) about curating content using Google Alerts. It's also covered in the certification as well. Basically, Google will send you daily emails based on your niche and interests. You'll never run out of material again.

Thank you for the help. My issue was not necessarily what to write, but how to add it to Word Press. I am still having difficulties, but I have now learned the difference between posts and pages.

I am currently stuck on a few templates. To me, they are like restaurant menus with pictures... The pictures never look like the plate in front of you.

Currently, my template does not show the picture like it does in the template view.

However, Now that I know some of the basic formatting between posts and pages. The use of categories and links, I feel my navigation of Word Press language is getting better. I am pushing through.

I look forward to reviewing your training. I hope one day to have training of my own to help others too. Thanks!

I got many of my posts resources from Huffing Post Loresa! It's a great resource. Be aware that your link is an abridged report inviting investment to read the entire report!
