WordPress guide for editing your Privacy Policy
WordPress GDPR guide on your dashboard
I just entered my dashboard, and found a WordPress guide to edit the Privacy Policy with the requirements for the GDPR
It's on top of your Privacy Policy in the edit mode, version 4.9.6
Open the link into a new tab, and edit what's needed
They give example sentences that you can add to your current privacy policy.
When it's not there go to settings> privacy> Need help putting together your new Privacy Policy page? Check out our guide
I hope this makes your life a bit easier:))

Hi Loes, I think I've missed some information concerning GDPR which I should be reading soonest. I wonder if this applies to the people living in Europe or to everyone? Thank you for this information.
Hello Paul!
See Loes other post:
"Is your website accessible to European visitors?
Does your website track data?
Does your website place cookies?
That is 3x YES
The Internet doesn't stop at the border of the European Union" GDPR Requirements in layman's language Marion says in her post:
"Even if our websites are not based in Europe they are visible in European countries. And so we must comply with GDPR." Your old privacy policy is NOT GDPR compliant - don't be misled Have a great day!
:-)
Thank you for sharing, Loes:). I have been a bit concerned about this! In fact, it's 4:00 am where I am, and I have been up reading, trying to figure out what to do. Lol... I think I can relax and go back to sleep now, knowing what I need to do later today:)
I appreciate the share:)
Blessings:)

Good afternoon Loes,
Thank you for all the help!
We are taking off to celebrate our birthdays and this time the computer will stay home. No need to take it on a dinner/dance I think. Will be back tomorrow.
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
Have fun:)))
