I had tried them as a student when there was no internet in India. Music tapes and stuff. I had mental health issues then, never went back to them. Thanks for the reminder, I can use the internet to use them now. Maybe they will work now; I was too negative for the messages to have an effect on me.

So here's a question: Is it better to hear positive affirmations from your own voice, or someone else's?

I've heard arguments to support both sides; one "expert" stated that we're more likely to accept affirmations about us, from someone else, than from our own voice! What are your thoughts?
