Great observation Loes. It does seem to be a male dominated industry. But we can change that.

I had noticed the same thing Loes....all men! Not sure why that is. Statistically maybe more females choose the niche sites vs promoting WA??

It would for qualified ladies like you as the idea is to be a circle of recommended contacts but not just for the sake of adding women and done at random since it's real users and not everyone improves your educational network the same. I don't believe in quotas, race, sex, planet, sexual preference, or religion. It's not just women I say this about so please don't take it wrong, we have just gotten to the point where someone can not create an innocent image like this without someone being offended. I see no Native Americans, East Indians, Asian people, disabled persons, youth, senior citizens etc.. in the image but the image isn't big enough to add everyone so we have mother earth and the freedom to choose the faces we like in our graphics.
