3 Days to make 1 YT Video + A Brilliant Surprise
Hello wonderful family. Good morning afternoon or evening to you.
It's been a while since I shared any news with you.
Yes! it really took 3 days to make my latest YouTube video and it's only 16 minutes long! It was a lot of work but also very enjoyable.
It shares some important information so I'm hoping it gets a lot of exposure.
I will have to wait and see.
I'm betting no one will work out why it took so long to make as it looks really simple? Hahaha.
My channel is growing slowly and steadily which is great to see. It makes you feel accomplished :-)
Now for the brilliant surprise.
This month has been my first 3 figures just solely from Wealthy Affiliate.
I have had other commissions from affiliate programs on top as the cherry on the cake.
This community not only supports you with encouragement but also by purchasing necessary premium plugins and pieces of training that you promote on your website.
Some have done this for me and I have done this for other members as well.

Hello, I’m new to WA. My question is why do you post blog in your WA profile, instead of your real website blog? Or did you posted on your blog & it’s automatically posted here as well? How do you get your traffic to your website if you don’t post your link here? Thanks..
What I post here is information and news to share with the community. It is not about my niche website so no I didn't post it on my blog website.
You get traffic to your website from the search engines not from here.

Congratulations on all your achievements, it's great that all your hard work and consistency is paying off.
Three days to make a 16-minute video sounds like quite a long time! My guess is that you were carrying out a lot of research to create your video?! It's great that your channel is growing, that's definitely where consistency pays off.
It's great that your income is increasing, that just proves how much the training works here at Wealthy Affiliate. I'm sure that the fact that you are documenting your journey is a great encouragement to many.
I agree with you, the Wealthy Affiliate community is great and very supportive, with some very interesting members.
Tenerife sounds extremely warm, I hope you have air-conditioning indoors. I'm off to sunny Greece in eight days' time, it will be nice to take a break for a couple of weeks.

The training certainly does work as long as you keep going and be as consistent as possible.

Wow lisa. I'm the biggest sceptic with all this affiliating thinking well everyone is on it so how can you make money. Too much competition ??!! Is tenerife off the back of your income on here? How long did it take to earn your first commisuon honestly? And how much time effort and costs were involved? I love admin anyway so no biggie xx
There are 7.753 billion people in the world and many of them are looking to start working online as well as buying online so I only needed a small slice of that to make money.
No there isn't too much competition if you follow the training and put it into practice.
Tenerife has nothing to do with my income it is just where I live.
It took 3 months to earn my first affiliate commission, I worked part-time on the blog because I had a full-time job and the only money I spent was the yearly fee of WA.
I'd suggest starting with the training step by step at own pace, ticking checklists bottom of lessons, tasks and activities asked of you to complete in order to set up properly and guide you through the process.
