At least a litigant knows what to ask the attorney and give the Attorney a better case to fight by simply knowing the right questions to ask. The criminal court is the only court where an attorney can be assigned to you. Remember, there are many courts, Small claims court, Bankruptcy court, Divorce court, Family court, Traffic court, Criminal court, Civil court, Probate court, federal court and a few more courts that 60% to 90% of Americans fight Pro Se for whatever reason. They should teach this stuff in schools. it is not brain science. Thank you again for viewing my site.

Linda, you obviously know your stuff and will certainly be quickly, probably instantly, be recognized as an authority site. I agree with you 200% that this information along with health and financial information needs to be taught at all levels of the educational system because they all are everyday life. I am wondering if the most widespread benefit of your work will not be just helping all of us who are willing to learn make better use of the lawyers we hire and having a more realistic view of what we can expect?
