There are 1000s of plug-ins, what are you trying to do via a plug-in so that you can narrow it down.
Hmm I want to get more traffic through subscriptions so people can follow me. I noticed on my google analytics that I get 35% returning users and the rest new users. I want to keep old members by giving more info but also have new members.
You can use a social plug-in like SumoMe to enable social shares and grab email addresses. Just go to WordPress.org and search for the type of plug-in you want and it will give you a comprehensive list.
