Please dont do this for the comment section on WA!

Sometimes, yes, I do use AI to comment something on the comment platform here on WA, but only to get some ideas on what questions I could ask or to even get a better understanding of what is going on in the article, because an AI written article can be very hard to go through.
Most of the time I even skip those kinds of articles and just go to someone else's posts to comment on.
BUT PLEASE don't do this!

This is CLEARLY AI and doesn't help my article, my readers or my site AT ALL! ( it is just a summarization of my personal article). I asked for questions, you could for example ask something like : "how much did you pay for that 5 star dinner?" Was staying at that wonderful guesthouse expensive? So many things that you could have asked.
I had been rejecting lots of these types of comments lately and it is a huge waste of time, please stop!

I agree with you, Lizzy, AI should definitely not be used for commenting. I don't really use the comments feature for websites at Wealthy Affiliate, but I have seen AI comments used on WA blog posts, it's not clever at all!
I was very much anti-AI in the beginning, however, by going through the Wealthy Affiliate training, I could see the benefits of AI when it is properly. My biggest fear was that people would do exactly as they are doing and use AI in a lazy way.
I'm glad that Google is taking action on AI content.

I too have used AI to generate ideas and have been pleasantly surprised at the construction of the sentence ms particularly when describing items.
But in regards of imparting personal experience and understanding it can be very trite and superficial … dare I say ‘mechanical’?
It has yet to impart- for me - the intangible but very obvious to the reader genuine human experience!

Hi Lizzy,
I fully understand what you are saying with regard to comments. AI is a tool and should entirely be used as such. I believe ideas should come from a person even if they are fine-tunned, using AI.
I believe your post will help in giving AI is proper place and, will serve to bring more awareness.
