Today, while at work, dealing black jack, there was a couple of men talking about having a fixed income. As I was listening to them, the question that came to my mind was, are we all not on a fixed income? Whether it is social security, from a job such as mine, or a top notch executive. The difference being the level of money that you are fixed at, such as, below minimum wage, minimun wage, above minimum wage and then there's OH YA!
