My Progress in 2 weeks here at Wealthy Affiliate
Hello WA citizens,
I feel quite awkward to write about my progress here. But I have to or the next door wouldn't open up for me LOL
Well, we all know what progress we've gone so far when we are at course 2 lesson 10. A lot of things must have been done and for it's much more than just a lot because I am not used to this website building from zero. I have 3 websites before I joined WA and none of them done myself. My staffs did them all.
It's interesting indeed to know how to build a website. Sometimes I smile and say ooohhh this is how to do it, oh i can change that, many many long oooooohhh
BUT
I feel tired sometimes, too much information to swallow, my brain's teeth can't chew that much new information. Other day I would spend so many hours building my website till i forget to sleep. I am still not satisfied with the theme i choose, I've spent too much time checking on themes but still can't find what I really like.

See? I've learned to create a subdomain there. And some of you have helped me in there, thanks heaps Melissa (i believe it was Melissa that gave me 3 references). Very helpful citizen.
Now, I am affiliated with two companies (products) and I am proud of that. Why? Because one of the products I found on ClickBank requires approval before I can promote. I got the approval. Isn't that cool?
Anyway, I am from Indonesia. Do you guys know where Indonesia is? It's in South East Asia. Bali is part of Indonesia, maybe you are all more familiar with Bali than Indonesia. Because Bali is well known as Paradise Island, while Indonesia is not much heard of unless when something extremely bad happens such as the lately HAZE covering the air of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippine. Oh I made a video about that.

People in Indonesia do not speak English, very few of us speak and write in English. Poor eh? And sometimes I am asking myself, the website I am building would only be read by English speaking people, how to make it readable for people in my country then? They will not understand what I write. While the market in Indonesia is huge. You can sell anything and they will buy, especially gadgets. Do I have to make a website in Indonesian language? Ups! Wait a minute, if I sell information products, not many will buy as said earlier, they don't read English. But if I sell physical products, they will buy. May I have your suggestions?

widgets? I have not learned how to get rid of them. I am still at course 2 lesson 10. Does it have to be perfect before we post our progress here? I should not be asked to post then!
Hi again bit like me as I was so keen to post and show things but did not know what I was doing and so it was a bit of a mess so I understand I am a month into this now and still learning from mistakes and needed to follow the training and wait before I even thought about posting - you have to go to footer links and play around to get widgets hidden away just ask the question at the question area and it will show you a list of trading to help you

hi Paul, i got rid of it at last but honestly not sure if I have done it correctly. I did one mistake last week and I decided to just follow the training and not do any action that is not asked by Kyle. Thanks anyway
You can copy your text into a program called Grammarly and it will recommend the correct english grammar for your content.
For an ESL person, you are doing quite well in English. You could certainly promote things in your native language. Keyword research will be a problem.

And yes, keyword research will be my number one problem.
Hi Lina, It is my understanding that you could do keyword research from a computer address within the country that you wish to have a site from. Here in the US I would have a problem doing this. There, it may not be as big of an issue. You can also purchase the right to log into a server from another country but it is expensive and not always reliable or accurate. Another way would be to have a friend or associate that you trust to do some keyword research from that particular country. Dave.
