When I Feel Stuck
Sometimes It feels awkward and overwhelming when you can't seem to think of what to do next...
I am now on training session 5 right after building my website!!!
SUCCESS!!
Now...I can't seem to get to the next step. Don't feel guilty, useless or sorry. It happens in life with many things. Being "stuck' is a position. You can move if you want to! Feel uplifted and reveive yourself! You can do it.
Here is a little bit of what I do:
Pause:
Stop, sit, relax.
Breathe:
Take a DEEP breath. A few of them. Meditation is a thing & I believe it works!
Try many of the 10 minute mind clearing meditations avaialable on YouTube.com
all free of charge and are there for many other things that may need working on in your life, as well. Even to do during sleep when our subconscious is clearest and working well.
I love and live off meditation! From personal experience, it does the trick every time-even more and more with practice, as it gets even easier.
Ponder:
Next, think, think think...but NOT too hard! Just allow (a big word in meditation!) yourself to let whatever comes into mind to flow throw fluidly. Also, read, read, read at this point. Get lost in your Wealthy Affiliate trainings, articles and blogs. I KNOW you keep on hearing this, but it can't be stresssed enough! Literally anything you can think of has been said on here by someone! You cannot miss it. Then STOP:
Choose:
NOW it's time to choose those thoughts! One or more or many may come to mind either slowly or immediately. Get your pen and aim it at the sticky note, journal or take them out on your keyboard.
Beware: some of your best thoughts and ideas may come about during this time, trust me ;) Even if it's random, write it down and save it for a future time. You never know what your thoughts can connect you to or predict uncer creative circumstances like these.
Do:
You are setting yourself up for success!
Now, GO!!
Do and Be at this point, Action can be taken once refreshed!

It happens more commonly, especially when you think that you have nothing to say. But that's not quite so. Based on your niche, you could read about an article and incorporate that into your website. You have to grab the attention of your visitors. If you can put in two or more hours a day, it will come to you naturally. Remember, the website you have right now is like a goal mine. You keep putting more helpful contents on it, it would become more valuable in the future if you ever plan on selling it. So, I wouldn't feel that overwhelming.
Just do two to three posts a week and you'll see the difference. The posts on this community area also helps with ranking as well as commenting on others. If you went through the all the training, it can help alleviate the feelings that you may have at the moment. I don't know if any this will be helpful to you. But if you need help on something just look at the very top of this page next to the WA symbol and type it in. There are lots of helpful people with good answers to solve almost anything. I wish you the best!
Yes! Truly can be like the text book definition of writer's block. Btw, that is GREAT advice...I like the idea of selling a site one day! That would make my kids so proud :)

I have yet to figure out the rankings, but I am excited to do so! I like to comment on here-it's actually one of my fave things. It's like business therapy lol. Thanks for pointing out the question spot again-I get kind of lost on here it sometimes is overwhelming.
