Two Screen Approach To Training

Good morning family and friends. I wanted to do this brief post to help members get through the training with minimal frustration and confusion. I decided to write this blog post because I noticed that a lot of the questions being asked are in the training videos and content.

When members go through the training, the purpose is to understand what you're doing and why you're doing it so that when these questions come up by other members you will be able to answer their questions with confidence.

Here's a very effective way to understand and complete the training process. Open up your wealthy affiliate account in two screens on your computer. Use one screen to read the training content and watch the training videos. Then use the other screen to apply what you have learned. The advantage of this method is that you can watch the video and pause it whenever you want, then go to the other screen and apply what has been taught. Back and forth. Training then application, training then application. By doing this no steps will be missed, you will save time, you will have a better understanding of the purpose of the training, and your confidence will improve.

We are all being taught to be helpers. That is the focus here. It does not matter what level of knowledge you have entering into this platform. After you have completed lesson one, you have learned something you did not know previously. You are now in the position to be a helper.

This is a beautiful network of helpers. It is inclusive of everyone. That's what makes wealthy Affiliate so unique. I hope this helps. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

P.S. I also use it for doing reference research as well as research for content. On my laptop I am doing the research of both types and on the big screen I have and open word document. I copy the parts that I am interested in and paste into the big screen along with the authors if a reference and remembering to rewrite the other material. Don't forget to keep making and continually backing that word file (or what ever document file you are using) in case something happens, also label it so that you remember how get to in.

Great Post LHenderson2. When I was having all my troubles for quite a while in the beginning that is what I did. It works great for the replays of the live video broadcasts. I am one who when listening and taking notes I lose the broad picture. Now I can observe the live video and soak in the information and use your method on the rebroadcast. I also came to the conclusion that I play Kyle's videos twice. The first time to listen and observe. The second time to apply one step at a time to my content using the pause control causing me to learn it better. Thanks for the share.

Where were you when I needed you the most! I flubbed so often and for so long, I would just throw up my hands and say to myself....oh forget it, I am not cut out for this. But more often than not, there are more and more people giving me a different perspective on a reoccurring problem for some of the not so millennial or generation x...I was trying to figure out a way short of losing my place EVERY TIME......I’d start working on training,.then lose my place....AND my train of thought. Where were you when I needed you!😔 So glad you could share that with anyone going through it like I did. I thought I could figure it out on my own but that is when I should have reached out. Thank you in a very big way!
