If you're looking for a business plan, there are some free templates @ https://www.canva.com/documents/templates/business-plan.
I don't know your products, but starting by setting up a hub is the best idea. Click Hubs at the top left of the Wealthy Affiliate page and then follow the training.
If you have your niche, then what you make you keep.
If you follow the Affiliate BootCamp and promote Wealthy Affiliate, you get a percentage of the referral when people upgrade to premium or premium plus.

There is webinar training within, which you can watch and follow. It explains the process for getting your site up and running. You will also develop your plan as you go through the coursework, you'd know your niche, the product you want to promote, so on and so forth :)

If you miss a payment, what happens to my website I’ve been working on and publishing pages too? I am lost and can’t find my work online at all. I see supposedly pu
That's not supposed to happen, if you missed a payment for a short period. It might not show up here in your account, but if you google it should tell you something. If it says that your website can't be found, then it has to do with W.A. not releasing your website. Remember, your hosting is by W.A. So, I would reach out to support and fix the problem. All the best!
Hi - once you stop paying for the premium membership, Site Support will hold a back-up of your website for 60 days. If you have been gone longer than that, your site will probably have been deleted.

I use my phone and ipad interchangeably. I made several attempts to log on, to no avail. How can log in be simplified to do both without thinking tampering has taken place. I a
I alternate between my smartphone, laptop and desktop depending upon my location. I don't log out of my account and that keeps me logged in on all my devices.
Moreover, I refrain from logging into multiple devices at the same time, just to keep it simple. My WA account is linked to my email account, which in turn has two factor identification - so I figure that it is safe enough.
