Are You Some Type of Clown?
Today, I am going to be a teacher and give a test. This is a test. Do not worry, it’s only 3 questions. To begin with, I need you to get your head in a place that you visit on a daily basis and think about it the people that you see on a daily basis. Question # (1) Are you the type of person that brings a smile to others or a frown? We explore all types of things in our lives regarding how much we weigh, how much we earn, the type of determination that we have toward completing assignments, and so many other areas. Don’t forget to examine the type of energy you give off. I really feel strongly about the type of energy you give off toward others will definitely have a bearing on how your day goes.
Question# (2) Is there that one person that you see on a daily basis that brings a smile to your face just by seeing them. You instantly have a certain warmth come over your body. You actually ask if they need help with anything. You do not mind helping them finish an assignment, work, or task. You enjoy their company and the energy they give off.
Question #3 Is there that person that is the opposite person that when you see them you instantly become irritable, lethargic, and not as willing to work with them or even talk with them? You actually start finding ways to avoid them. It gets to the point that the body starts to tense up with the thought of even having to communicate with them. The normal “Can I help you?” type of person you enjoy being, has left the building. The bad thing is that this does not have to be an actual friend. This can be a teacher, classmate, acquaintance, so called friend, or even worse someone you have no control over & you have to work or sit next to them on a daily basis.
I lied and there is a fourth question about the type of person are you. Question #4 (call it extra credit) What Are you that person that people want to be around that brings a good mood and feeling to make the day pass better? If not, it is time to start working on yourself. Find someone to talk about things with, google ways to help yourself, or identify some of the traits that were just mentioned in this writing and start trying to bring some of the traits into your everyday life. The bottom line is if you are not the person mentioned in question #2, you are not being the best person you can be Happiness starts within yourself and by the people you hang around with.

I could fit all 4 of them. It depends just as much on the other person. I've learnt over the years to walk away and there is a great big delete number button on my phone.
