Procrastination -- means the action of delaying or postponing something.

Most people procrastinate not being aware that it works against them. Why? It's a valid excuse for cheating oneself. It creates a feeling of tension for stealing time.

How to overcome procrastination?

1. Do it now; don't wait till you feel like doing it. Once you start doing it, you feel good.

2. Have your priority list of what you need to do daily.

3. Be consistent. Doing "an inch" on your priority list is better than nothing.

4. Have your vision board posted in your room and in your working area to remind you of your WHY to work on it.

5. Apply the "5-second rule" and just do it.🚀
