How do I make my Outlook to work with WA email

I am trying to get my outlook to work with the email in WA. I have defined the servers and given the passwords in outlook as given here in WA. Now my outlook doesn't have any activity. Emails are neither being received nor sent.
Anyone experience this? How did you resolve it?
