I used ChatGPTo3 for the first time the other day and did the deep research, as well. What a powerhouse of information it can provide.

But I figured the followup from the info would to simply put the 90-day plan into results I could use on a daily basis for the 1st 30 days.

So, I figured my pal, ChatGPTo4 would easily do the trick. However, when I saw the results I was like is that all you got? Here's a three day sample:
