Hi WA family, hope everyone is doing well, and you are staying safe and healthy,

Well there are those days when the energy just seems to leave my body. I would rather being sleeping. "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" is actually a disease that many people suffer from.

Signs and symptoms may include:

  • Fatigue.
  • Problems with memory or concentration.
  • Sore throat.
  • Headaches.
  • Enlarged lymph nodes in your neck or armpits.
  • Unexplained muscle or joint pain.
  • Dizziness that worsens with moving from lying down or sitting to standing.
  • Un-refreshing sleep.
  • Extreme exhaustion after physical or mental exercise.

There are some foods you can incorporate into your diet that have been recognized to help you from feeling tired, without any logical reason.

As you can see some of these foods serve several other health benefits as well. I hope they will be helpful to you.

I also came across a graphic that answered a question for me. What should I use for muscle pain, and what is best for injury? If you have doubts I hope this will be helpful to you. I am aware many of you already know what is best.

Well I hope you find these graphics helpful. I know they helped me.

Wishing you great success in your journey here at WA, and in all your destinations.

All the best,

Michael

I love your ideas on what to eat to fight fatigue and heat vs ice. Thanks for sharing Michael.

You are welcome Yvonne. Thank you for commenting.

I eat all of those suggested except avocado. Not a fan of them. I do use many types of mushrooms for energy and immune properties as well in my shakes or coffee.

Thank you for commenting William. Glad you are following a healthy diet plan.

Great tips, Michael. The heat vs ice is very helpful.

Thank you Paula, appreciate you commenting.

I eat all of these except I have never developed a taste for coffee. I drink black tea instead.

Right now I'm growing a small planter of chia on my porch. It has pretty, tiny flowers right now. Depending on the weather, I may get some seeds from it.

Hi Rosana, thank you for commenting. I am glad to hear you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I hope you get some seeds from your chia plant, as chia seeds have quite a few healthy properties.
Great stuff Rosana.

Michael

Thanks. I do have chia seeds in the kitchen too, and sometimes I sprinkle them on things. The ones I planted on the porch were meant for eating but I just had a playful impulse to see what they were like growing.
