Look What I found
I was doing some yearend office cleaning and look what I discovered. This is my first commission check as an affiliate marketer. It’s from Clickbank. It's hard to read, but it was for $311.19. And that was back in 2003.
We all have to start somewhere. And this was the start of my affiliate marketing career. And as of 2005 I've been making a fulltime online income as an affiliate marketer.
And to become full time I busted my ass everyday (still do). I screamed at my computer. I thought of quitting more time than I can count. I took a lot of long walks, I vented to friends, I said "what's the point". And some days I even doubted myself.
But despite all that I refused to give up.
So, what's my point?
You'll go through all that, and maybe more. That's fine. But NEVER give up. NEVER!!!
Achieving your dreams takes courage. I have courage. And so do you!
I believe in you!
Leo
And yep, I misspelled commission.

Wow! My first and only commission check so far was $11. I would prefer yours!! LOL That's great!! I have been in the screaming mode many times and still get discouraged. Thanks for the vote of confidence and the words of wisdom!

Well look at the upside, you'll still scream, get frustrated and get discouraged. So, you're on the right track. LOL
Seriously - just keep taking one positive step each day no matter how big or small that step is and you’ll get to where you want to go.
Thanks for that. That's what I try to do each day!! And yes, I did still scream! Congrats on your achievement.

That was gritty and great, Leo, and computers were not so hot back then either.
That money was a "reality cheque" for the future, that there really is a future in the World Wide Web, especially with all the training and help here at WA.
If that was 2003, then WA WAsn't up yet. correct?
WOW are we so very, VERY blessed to be here as WA now!!!!!
Thank you, Kyle and Carson!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you, Leo!!!

Yep there was no WA, there was no YouTube. No instagram. No pinterest. No Facebook.
It was a very different landscape back then that's for sure.
