Hi my yearly subscription was deducted on 27November. However I would like to know if it is possible to get refund of the charged amount of USD 299 and charge the subscription

Hi lenny2028, just wanted to share that I am in a similar boat. I got accidentally rebilled via PayPal, to my horror (and dread)! It is frustrating and infuriating.

I hope you get your refund. All the best!

remember he is a busy man so you maybe waiting a while for a reply...
good luck with your future -shame you didn't get on with this model it does work....maybe try it out this year???...you never know wher it may take you.....

Just tried sending a message via that page, as I've not been getting any responses from Kyle after the automated one sent when I private messaged him about getting a refund on the day of the accidental rebill and cancelling my account. Hope they see this new message and give some sort of response -- at least let me know if they agree or disagree with the refund. I mean, even Apple offers refunds on accidental rebill of their apps!

My renewal date was 27 November 2019. But did not receive any mail yet for renewal not does it give any option for to pay online. Please help

Hi Lenny,

Per WA's terms and conditions, you should be automatically renewed and billed with the payment source listed in your account settings.

You can check your current settings by clicking on your profile photo in the upper left and then account settings. Scroll down to Subscription Settings and select Payment Source.

But the program was valid till 27th November and till today haven't received any mail for renewal nor does it show any option to pay. I did update the card details but nowhere it shows an option to pay immediately or that it will be debited fr card.

Check the payment details and see when the last payment was taken. It's possible it already auto-renewed.
