Question!
So I just stumbled upon this website today and I pray that it is my ultimate guide to financial freedom! I wanna do this the right way and successful way. With that in mind, I want to acknowledge that I am currently an ambassador for a company that has a strain of health supplements that work TREMENDOUSLY, as I'm taking them myself. My question is, since I already have a personal website to welcome potential traffic into, can I use that website to promote my "health" business using these same methods introduced to me through this training to generate sales?

Welcome to WA! The methods that they teach us here can be used on any website.
Personal life and business work do not always mix together. In some cases, if you are creative, it could work great. If your personal website is like your apartment or house, do you want your customers to be in your house or apartment?
It might be simplest to invest the $12 or so in a new domain name and create a new website.
Yet, if you might be able to pull it off effectively. It depends on what you have on your personal website.

THIS is my link to my online store. I never thought of doing the "business" part up until recently, since I had started doing research about online marketing. I just figured that Wealthy Affiliate may have a method where I can actually generate a decent income using that link or should I just start fresh and invest what I can to launch something new. I'm still trying to get the gist of this whole "making money online" and how to do it.

Most affiliate programs will require that you own your website in order for you to use their affiliate links. So, if you do not own Shopmyplexus.com, that is not going to work like want it to.
However, you can still use the information you are learning on WA about creating great content to try to drive traffic to that site.
If it was me, I would invest the money and purchase your own domain that you can host on Wealthy Affiliate. WA makes creating the website super simple. Or, you can start with one of the free site rubix websites here on WA. That will help build your confidence in how easy it is to create site. Then, if you do want to do want to buy a domain for that niche, you can do so.

I like WA because you can have multiple websites, you get the SSL certificate free, and their is all of the learning and community to help out.

As mentioned before, the approach presented here can work on any website. I would create another website and find the way to redirect the people that go to your current website to the new one.
That can be done with a simple linked button.
