Google has a long way to go?
Can anybody tell me why Google is failing really BAD here?
Recently someone referred me to a eBook called "Diabetes Deactivated" claiming to have solutions for diabetes. So I decided to see if there were reviews on this book.
The first website ranked #1 after typing "Diabetes deactivated" in the Google search engines appears to have content written by a software robot. It had loads of grammatical errors and incoherent content. I thought Google would have been smart enough to detect this sort of thing and keep it off the list. The link is
http://hawaiiaged.org/diabetes-deactivated-book-review/
The second listed website had nothing to do with the eBook.
The third listed website http://thediabetesdeactivated.co has a review that make sense. This should have at least been rank #1 by Google. Why not?
The rest of the websites ranked on page 1 on Google are ALL software bot produced. The interesting thing is that all these websites appear to have been created about the same time (in February 2015).
I think Google has a long way to go!
The point is that I thought Google was able to handle these bogus websites LONG ago. But it doesn't appear to be so at all.

Could be.
Google is not perfect by any means. Back in the day people use to be able to keyword stuff and just make back links to be able to rank. Everything has changed over the last 5years or so and will continue to change.
It just goes to show you that no system is perfect out there and there will always have to be improvements.

Google is a robot powered entity, for the most part. If you know enough about their system, one can scam it.
Google can be good, but it is a long way from perfect.
Thanks for pointing out some of the glaring mistakes Google can make!
