I use MailChimp for my emails, lists and autoresponder.
It's free until your lists get large.
Google MailChimp and you'll be able to sign up. The other popular ones AWeber and GetResponse are paid services from the start.
You create a list on MailChimp.
You then need to get people to sign up on your website and add them automatically to your list.
You can also add people manually, but you must have their permission.
You can have multiple lists for different purposes.
Best to get one list going and then post the question How do I get signups to my mail list?
