I'm think you are asking the wrong question.
The question being: "Which CMS, Theme & Plugin will allow me to upload and show videos and/or music?", right?
If that is the case, the Wordpress installation you get here will do just fine. You can definitely embed and/or upload videos.
I'm pretty sure that just about any theme will do. It matters what plugin you get or if the Theme has a built in module for this situation.
Maybe you can explain more about your situation so that we can find a solution for you.
I'd need to know if your site is already online, is it Wordpress, what theme is it and what type of videos do you want to get up? I don't need if they are fast or quick, I mean if they are from YouTube, Vimeo or actual uploads to be hosting on the server.
