From Independent Owner Operator to Trucking Fleet Owner - The Journey Continues…

For decades now, from my first days in trucking my goals and plans have always been to ultimately become a Fleet Owner.

Now a new chapter begins in my entrepreneurs journey as my company begins hiring on our first leased on Owner Operators.

It’s been a long road to get to this point…and so the trip continues.

The first phase is to add five drivers before the end of this year - then add ten more next year. After that I plan to have one hundred within the next two years after that. Time will tell, as it always does.

At the same time I continue my course creation, training, and publishing business divisions and affiliate marketing too.

It would be easy to not do these things and to just play it safe… but what is the point in that?

No guts - no glory.

The only way to achieve success is to accept the risks… and I do. I do not fear failure, judgement or embarrassment. What I do fear is dying without even having truly tried my all for all I want - and that is not acceptable to me.

When my time is done and I breathe my final breath I will at least know I went for it with everything I had to give - and that I can live and die with happily - win lose or draw.
