Happy Monday,
How is your Spring Break Going?
Mine is pretty good. I hurt my wrist,(tore a ligament while walking my dog,
she lunged after a cat that was lurking underneath a car in my parking lot), stopped my radio station LINDA89 FM RADIO, because of the injury.
But that didn't stop me. As soon. As it's healed I'll be back in action again!
I am Normally not ONLY focused on music, although the music is my first love. I'm a blog writer, game creator, business owner, Board Member, grandmother And a Dj...
I continue writing to strengthen my writing skills. To do this, I join the Wealthy Affiliates Network. It's an online university, costs $49 dollars a month to learn how to build, maintain and operate my own monetized website.
I joined WA in January, built my website thatsloveforyou.com, added affiliate links, from Amazon, WP Engine and Share Sale. The only thing left is to put more content on it. I try to write at least 1000 words per article. However, I think that it is very important to have something of my own, something original to sell outside of this format.
Solution to the problem.
At the same time, I am working on more music. I love the Electric Genre, I call them "Head-Bobbers" cause that's what I end up doing when I listen to those rhythms. I live it. I love it!

I am excited to say that I have upgraded my account to Gold Membership so that my music can be purchased. This week, I will be uploading my EP, but uploading all of the songs separately, so you can choose, and not have to be forced into purchasing the entire album... Unless they want to.
That's the product... I once read in one of his Rich Dad educational books, one of the greatest network marketers Rob Kiyosaki, that in order to make money anywhere, in any business, you should have a marketable product...
For me, that's my music. For someone else, it could be Arts & Crafts, like crocheted goods. For others, it could be original artwork or some type of skill. Then the next steps would be packaging... Branding then marketing and sales. All are pretty simple once began and successful people don't quit after they start no matter how it seems. they always make a way
My point is that, if you want something more for your self, you have to do it for yourself. You can't wait for someone to give it to you. If something is going too slow, work on building something else. One of those goals you're building on will be successful.
Well, this is what my Spring Break was spent doing, Building...

You are my type of gal!
I am a Professional by day (30 years a serious family physician) but a rocker chick/disco maven by night!
I learned Classical Toronto Conservatory Grade 10 ....only ever played quietly and shyly in my parent's basement!
Luckily, my piano teacher recommended 30 minutes (after 2 hours serious training) to have fun playing popular music, you know, "the music people want to hear" (rather than Claire-de-Lune)!
When I turned age 40 I said ...that's it - I'm joining a Rock Band!
I did and it was a riot!!
When we had our first paid gig for the local Rotary Club Social (500 people), the band leader came up to me as I was packing up my keyboard and handed me a $100 Bill!
I was shocked and said: "What's this?"
He said: " It's your pay for being a musician!"
Imagine that...not a pianist....a musician!"
Music to my ears!

So wonderful your excitement and to see the excitement that still surrounds the music industry!
I try hard to keep busy, even when I'm sick. Staying active, I find my most creative self when I'm by myself. :)
But I work extremely well with others as in a bands coordination and teamwork playing together and making music as a part of a whole, and the benefits that come afterward are inspiring! :)
I hope to start my station back up next. Month! My wrist still hurts terribly. But I am managing to get by. :)

So sorry to hear of your wrist injury! Surprising how often I had patients come in with "dog trauma"!!! LOL
Often broken wrists in elderly women with osteoporosis! The tendon injuries are almost worse because with a break we can at least cast it or splint it!!!
