Totally understand Laura. I try to help when I see questions, but usually reserve my questions for certain people. If they are in chat, that is great. If not, I will PM.

Sorry that happened to you. Must say I've never used it. I've glanced at it from time to time. That's all.

I hardly use live chat either. I was there maybe a week ago. Didn't get my question answered.

Can't say as I blame you. I've had okay results with chat, but have seen times when someone asked a question that went unanswered. I am just not real comfortable in chat.

I have never used "Chat" too much as your are right, you don't get in depth answers and you can just get pushed out of the way.

If I have a question I post it as an question article which get better results then chat ever did.
