Working to where you want to be
I have now completed course 2 slowly but got there, I have learned a lot along the way and some things I have picked up I have started to use at work.
One thing I have learned on going through my ideas and was that to lead, you really need to be able to influence other decisions, well when my manager came over to me the other day as I was due to have my one-to-one I influence my Manager into doing a 2 to one saving him time. When I spoke to my colleague she said that she watch just how I influence this and without really paying attention to this.
I really want to be my own boss once again get up when I want work when I want and how I want so my Goal is to work more on my Affiliate sites and get the money rolling in. I have made new friend in the WA network where every one supports each other and what to help each other where else to you really get this kind of support.
