the screen is green and there is no visual or audio

I've got chrome, i hit play on the videos and they just remain constantly buffering.. anyone else having that problem?

Hi Emily, Several reasons why your videos keep buffering. First question, how fast is your broadband and computer?

Do you scan it regularly for spyware, malware and viruses? Do you defrag your hard drive at least once a month? Do you have any PC tune up software or at least CC cleaner, which is free?

Thirdly have you downloaded a lot of programs that you never use or need? If so, uninstall them from your computer using the control panel remove programs link.

Make sure that your C drive has plenty of free space. To check this, go to computer, select properties by right clicking your mouse and selecting properties.

Finally delete all unnecessary Chrome extensions which slow down your computer and also stop non essential programs running on start up if they are not in use by going to the start then typing in msconfig and deselecting all but essential start up programs before restarting your computer.

Always clean the junk that builds up on your computer over time and that way it should work fine playing videos provided your internet is not slow? Another free download which I use is Should I Remove It which makes uninstalling junk software a breeze.

Hey Try downloading Chrome I like it better.

ill believe im going to give that a go!thanks

K Let me know if it works for you

I have downloaded Firefox and add ons and still cannot hear first video. Where on line can I find the text version?

A green screen? Do you have flash installed on Firefox?

I recommend if you want the best experience online, that you download Google Chrome.

http://www.google.com/chrome

This should fix all of your issues.

honestly, this is my husbands laptop and I have never poked around on it much ...but im sure getting chrome instead is not a problem. thanks!
