Bad website experience

Living in a small town I do a considerable amount of online shopping. I ordered some items from an online pet store 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a shipping notice or anything. I have tried contacting them several times with no response. I spent money that I am afraid was a waste and I will never see again.

Oh I hate bad customer service. I completely dumped a company that I had previously spent thousands with just for that reason. On the opposite end, a company recently gave me such great service I asked them what else they were selling so I could buy it.
