First month almost up. My thoughts.
Well guys my first $19 month is almost up in just a few days. I learned a lot so far and I'Im going to continue to continue but the $360 investment seems like a lot right now. My site has the money, I just don't like spending it! lol!
I've heard there is a 30-day grace period before all my work is gone forever. I really don't want that to happen so if I don't pay the year I'll be back in a couple weeks. I really hoped to see more progress by the end of the 30 days. My site has been indexed by google but that's all. Initally I thought I would have more time to dedicate to work on my site but unfortunately I haven't.. My site has other projects I'm trying to work on right now as well.
I know my biggest problem is that I only have about 9 posts right now, but honestly I'm just not a very good writer so I'm hoping to get better, just have to push myself to write more and practice, hence finally starting my blog on here.
Feeling slightly discouraged, but I'm definitely not going to quit. Might just take a step back for a couple weeks.

Lance,
I don't know if there is a 30 day grace period, but you should be able to save your work without worry. Did you purchase the domain name? If you have the site-rubix, I know you get two of those on the free program, so I would think you would still have them.
Don't let your discouragement get you down. I've been writing websites for years and never made any money. But I do firmly believe that is all about to change with the things I have learned through WA.
I hope you are able to return and soon. I think you do a good job of writing (based on the blog above) and you have people here who will do what they can to help you out.
Best wishes,
Karin
Thanks Karin, I have bought the Domain, but I've heard once you don't pay and they no longer host it, It gets deleted. I first thought it could still be accessed and worked on it just wasn't hosted so not "live" to be seen, but I guess thats not the case..
Perhaps someone else here knows of a way to save your work onto your computer. I know how to do it on Weebly, but not on Wordpress, but I am sure there is a way. It will save your pages, posts and images. At least that is how it works on Weebly. If I can find it, I will let you know what it is.
Best Wishes,
Karin
