I came back
I left WA in October last year and it made me sad but also it gave me a time that I needed to think things thru.
I can't write about things that are not important or relevant to me. I know that WA is all about making money with your site but to me the reason to have my own domain name and my site is something else.
Sure if in the future I make some money that is great but I want to give hope and inspiration to those that need it.
So my blog won't be full of affiliate links, it won't be about product rewievs only. It will be personal, it will be me.
I know it will be just the opposite of what is the point but having these illnesses all I really care about is being able to give hope and inspiration.

I think what you shared is the right reasons to be here. The purpose has to be greater than money and it has to be authentic. Glad you're back.

I love what you shared, Virpi. Just yesterday, someone was "reminding" everyone why they were on this platform: to make money. Gently, I had to educate them to say that not everyone is here for the same reason. And here you go! All the best in following your heart, Virpi.
Im glad i came across your post....I feel the same, my site is like me...not an specific niche, its has a little bit of everything just like me...sure i haven't had sales but i do not want to scam people...that's not my nature.

There's a way to share your heart, and recommend a product or service without scamming people...that's actually one of the biggest lessons that I've learned while being a part of this platform since September 2017.
I think it's a beautiful thing to see so many members who have created a website, merely to share, encourage, and inspire.

You are a true helper Spirit. The most important thing is to do what's right for you, to do what's your hearts desire. What can you do better than help other people?
If you should change your mind and anyhow wanting to promote helpful products or services - you've always got the choice to do so. We all have to earn our living so I don't think it's anything wrong with doing so - it only has to be serious, useful and helpful - and that's your attitude in any case - I can feel that by reading your post.

That is so true. If I can make money without being just about selling stuff that is what I do but yes helping and supporting with being true and real will always be my first goal.
