FINALLY, First Spot on Page 1 of Google Search Results

Hey there folks!

So it's been a while since I've shown any signs of life, but fear not! I am still kicking.

I just wanted to share a quick update regarding my WA adventure,

The bottom line is:

The training works! (Lol, and of course all the seasoned WA'ers are rolling their eyes now and saying "of course it does - we told you so!".<33)

I thought it would be nice to let the newbies and folks who are still getting there know about my small wins and that you should just keep at it. Do the training, write your blogs, be patient, get involved and immersed totally in this whole digital entrepreneurship world. It will pay off in some way, shape or form, I promise.

For me, the best part is that the artice that's ranked 1st place on Google did so steadily all the way to the top and I haven't even added new content since December. Can you imagine if I had kept at it?

I am seeing a steady flow of traffic to my site just from the few articles that have ranked (I still check numbers every morning, just to motivate myself hehe).

Some more inspiration:

The reason I've been putting things on hold is because I had to think of creative ways to "float" myself while persuing my goals. You see, I "fired my boss" (as the saying goes) last year April, because I knew I needed to make my own way in this life in order to truly fulfill my destiny.

So I've been stepping out of my comfort zone. Into the wonderful world of putting myself "out there". Doing IT repair work locally, also busy putting my WA training to good use creating an e-commerce store for a local client, doing some digital art & a bit of social media also, locally. So far so good!

Make no mistake, there are definately difficult times. It's not all sunshine and roses, but what it definately is now, is WORTH it. (the blood sweat & tears didn't have the same fulfilling feeling with what I was doing before) :)

Now I'll work blog writing/expanding my own website into my schedule and keep aiming for the sky.

I hope this inspires anyone who needs the inspiration - remember, you can. Whatever it is. you can.

PS. x-Boss, if you ever read this, don't hate me! I didn't really fire you, I just felt my big dreams calling loudly. I'm still your tech geek PA no matter where I go as I'm sure you already know :) (For those who think that was a little strange, let me clarify - our whole team where I worked was close, like one big family).
