Hi guys, it's really good to be here once again. My question today is: 'has anyone every thought about the psychology of good websites colors?'
Did you know that the color you chose for your site can cause prospective readers to stay or leave?
To make an impression you have at least 20 seconds for viewers to either like or hate your site just by color alone.
Some sites have an array of color schemes and others prefer to be minimalistic, either way, your colors need to blend well.
Your site can be contrasting or complimentary colors, however, before even choosing a blend, you need to know your market.

Hey thanks, that's something to really think about. colors do catch the attention of your eyes right away.
I love colors -- all of them and am always interested in seeing what various people say about them. I like your color charts. They help show what colors blend well. Men seem to have the most difficulty with this. Thanks for sharing all this information.
Great presentation on color. Just a note, the color red description needs a paragraph break. It's run together with the previous description.

I know something about that back when I painted my bedroom back in Australia dark blue, and they told me is the color of communication don't know if trust, healing and security fit in with that maybe I guess if you feel trust and you are secure then you would be easier to communicate with. :-))
Blue is one of my favorite colors. It's considered a cool color so maybe we're just 'very cool' people lol!
It's funny that you mentioned that, one hot summers day was walking down the street with a friend and I asked him why he was wearing an overcoat in this heat? He told me that he was cool, I laughed so much that day he didn't speak to me for weeks.
