What if I find a keyword with zero competition?

So I found a keyword with about 400 searches a month and ZERO competition. I feel like I hit the lottery! lol I also found one with about 5000 searches a month with 36 competition. Would these be good to use?

I am always suspicious of zero QSR. I would check both the WA keyword tool and Jaaxy.
5000 searches with 36 QSR is pretty uncommon. I would go for that 1 for sure :)
