G'day Darrin, I just finished writing about this in your previous question about the TXT record. have a look there, it's really quite easy.

I am trying to set up email with my domain in it and need to add a txt record so that i can get it set up. can anyone help me?
Any tips for adding a txt record? Godaddy wont let me set up email with them because the nameservers are with WA. I have to add a TXT to WA.
Not really sure about the text record, but to set up an email for your site, ie admin@yoursite.com, go to your websites and hosting link, under tools.
Click on the button at the top which says "Site Email, then under the New Email tab, enter the name, like Admin, Info, "your.name", or whatever you want to make it look professional, then in the next part, it should have the name of your business site, eg. @yoursite.com.
If you want to forward the email to another account, you can click the tab where it says "New Forward" and have all the emails redirected to another email address automatically.
You can set up a simple signature file in your mail client, like Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird or Incredimail or whatever email client you are using, so that all outgoing mail will have the signature attached on the bottom of every message you send.
The only thing that comes to mind about a TXT record is to do with DNS records which can be used to verify domain ownership, or for email security. You could have a look at this page: https://support.google.com/a/answer/183895
It may give you a bit more information about how to set one up, and might be what you are looking for.
Savant thank you so much for the reply. I thought you could not set up an email and forward same email to another email from WA. I have searched all over here and much of the info is very out of date as I think some of these changes are very recent, as far as being able to "send as" from google. I really just want to have a domain email wendy@5cfencing.com that i can send and receive from that i can access from my phone.
