We can experience love through peace and joy or we can experience fear and or guilt through a seemly endless cycle of anxiety attack and danger. Naturally it is our goal to choose the emotion we want to experience in any given situation.
The power of happiness is found within. We will not find long lasting happiness by seeking it from another or conditions in our external world. I give to you love and light.
