Hey everyone,

In the fast-paced world of online business, change is inevitable. If something isn’t working, it’s not a sign of failure. It is simply a signal to you, that it might be time to PIVOT and try a new approach.

Just like a dancer adjusts their moves when the beat changes, you have to be ready to switch it up and keep moving forward when the "beat" of your business changes.

When the Beat Changes, YOU Need to Pivot...

In the digital arena, trends evolve, algorithms shift, and consumer behaviors change faster than you can say “pivot.”

That’s why being elastic (staying flexible) and open to change is essential. Each pivot doesn't mean you are abandoning your vision altogether, you are just adjusting it to make it work better for you and your business.

They say the definition of insanity is continuing to do the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Well that is what you are doing if you are not seeing results over a sustained period of time, and you are not adjusting.

When something doesn’t work, it’s simply nature’s way of telling us that a better opportunity is just around the corner. So, keep your mindset upbeat, embrace change, and trust that each and eery change will bring you closer to success.

Keep Dancing, Keep Pivoting.

Next time you’re faced with a strategy that isn’t hitting the mark, remember this analogy. Adjust your steps, try something new, and never fear the change. Change comes with business, and change is often required to achieve success.

In the world of online business, there is always going to be a great deal of opportunity, but the environments in which we are able to capture this opportunity will change. Embrace that very idea.

Do you have pivot frequently in your business? Or you stuck doing the same thing over and over without results? Share your stories that you have and/or questions, I would love to hear them below.

We all have talents that give us some advantages at work. Some of us do better when we work under pressure, and others are extremely creative individuals whose ideas move the business forward. Sometimes, however, talent is not enough. The good performance of the best professionals at work is mainly due to their habits.
When it comes to achieving success, nothing can compare to good habits. There is no amount of luck, talent or intelligence that can compensate for bad daily habits.
However, a large part of good habits relate to our thoughts and psyche, to our inner voice that does not stop talking during the day. They have a great influence on the results we achieve.
Some of my principles-
Don't be too quick to say "no"
Approach development and growth opportunities that require you to step out of your comfort zone without prejudice and don't be too quick to say "no".
This doesn't mean you have to say "yes," but in many cases, there is an automatic reaction where a person rejects different options if they feel stressed or tense.
I trust my intuition.
I am very curious and ask questions.
The idea is to create a habit of lifelong learning.
I start the day with the difficult tasks.
The day somehow flows more easily when you have already rejected the hardest task in the morning.
Your thinking habits may seem like something insignificant and simple at first glance, but when you do them every day,

Thank you, Kyle.

In support of what you wrote, change is the only constant in life; as they say.

Though, as humans its always very difficult for us to embrace changes. Most people don't like to ruffle the feathers.

But this digital era is only synonymous with change and flexibility.

Swimmimg against the tide would only lead to wasted energy and effort.

Thanks for the motivational words.

Best regards,
Makinde

Change is the only constant in life, we need to embrace it. But we as humans don't love change, in particular when we get into a flow that is working for us, not to say that it is best or the most efficient, but it is the flow that works an then we have have to move on from it. It can be hard.

But in business, and in particular within the online world, we have to embrace change and evolution. :)

Wow, that was a good read as I'm going through something like this right now. Having a MAJOR issue with Google right now and just don't understand why my content has completely stopped being indexed by them and my traffic has dropped to zero. I'm trying to pivot to Bing now, but that has its set of challenges at the moment too though I'm trying to overcome them.

Thanks, Kyle, this is terrific and reminds me that I like dancing! I have been consumed by reinventing my career and I'm stuck with my WA business. I came back today for some inspiration...and you provided as you often do!
I changed the theme on my website, then made a mistake when I loaded it using the AI creator in WordPress and I can't seem to right it. Is there a place to go for some help, happy to pay the right person. @VitaliyG helped me part of the way, can you suggest where I go next?
I'm happy to pivot to the next stage and I'm looking for what that is

I've been pivoting my whole life! Courageously living and challenging obstacles--relationships, financial and physical. I've re-invented myself continually--a budding artist, a dancer, a fashion model in NYC, a successful makeup artist and skin care consultant, a teacher at Fashion Inst. in S.F. Ca., a personal chef & instructor, and currently on-going networking entrepreneur.
The various arenas of engagement have awarded me the gifts of imagination, bravery, pro-activity, hope, enjoyment and success.
Even though I'm experiencing the wonder of senior hood, my passion for a seeking spirit and new ventures is still at the forefront of my life agenda.
My short time in WA has presented some valuable insights and I will continue to avail myself of the treasures it offers.
