I hope you are doing well. Thank you for your video; it makes a lot of sense.
In the UK, we used to have a lot of apprenticeship schemes, but they died back a bit with universities becoming popular. However, I believe that they are coming back more now. The reason I say this is because we can learn so much from others who have been there and done that, and that is basically what an apprenticeship is, learning from others!
I read Edwin's comment below and I was thinking exactly the same thing! It's always good to learn from people who have been there and done that! It takes the hard work out of learning.

Your Vlog spoke directly to the Premium Plus Program, Here we have the opportunity to learn from those who have traveled the difficult road. Learning what not to do can be almost as valuable as learning what to do. It boils down to us understanding clearly what we want to achieve and seeking out those who have the experience and knowledge to help us. i.e. Doing the research to find the trainer and classes that will meet our needs.

Yeah, you have access to even that much more training from experts, and people in the trenches as a Premium Plus+ member, but both memberships provide access to this.
Key is still focus, you only have to be great at one thing to be very successful online but as you educate yourself about that very topic and similar ones, you are going to be able to pull from this knowledge to advance your business more efficiently.
Enlightening and motivating synopsis...As for myself, I promise to get back to the straight and narrow. I do have a plan, but I'm struggling with the many demands of life. Needing to do things contrary to what I started out and would rather be doing is not quite like the child in the candy store. I just need to do these other things right now. The time for me is evolving, I can see it coming...
Great to hear Debora, we do evolve as we get older, and we can evolve in ways that will lead us to more productivity and becoming more efficient. One way to do this is to lean on experts for help, and to learn from experts to shortcut yoru path to success. :)

Mentorship is invaluable here at Wealthy Affiliate.
It is one of the most priceless investments newbies can have.
They are our helmets that protect us when we hit a wall.
We can cherry pick the ones that resonate with our personal style. I tend to gravitate toward female mentors, but I have broadened my horizons to some incredible male counterparts. I have 2 mentors that I resort to behind the scenes as we speak.
Mentors can also put you back on track when things get hairy. The best leaders are the ones that have "been there and done that."

How true that is Kyle, I often waste time trying to work something out for myself and therefore wasting valuable time. The trouble is I tend to be stubborn, because I know I’ve seen the answer somewhere, so I search and search without success. Lastly however, I’ve put a question on the chat line and within 15 minutes I’ve got half a dozen answers, so point taken!

We all have that built in stubbornness and often times we find different solutions and NEW solutions that we wouldn't get if we were always just given the answer. This is your own resourcefulness, and that is a good thing.
But there are also benefits to leaning on expertise, and shortcutting your path to success (at anything), but learning the principles, and the idiosyncrasies about mastering a craft. That can make the road much less "windy".
So true Kyle and your following paragraph concerning the benefits is not always apparent at the time, but as you point out - we then end up with a road less "windy."
Yeah, not apparent at the time but this shows up later when we look backwards at the process. ;)
