I guess this is where I tell everyone what I like to do...maybe even give some insight into the life of "Kyle". I enjoy travelling the world when I can and fortunately owning an internet business is very accommodating to travel (but it also means that I am always connected lol).

I also like to exercise, play sports (mostly basketball), and of course, Internet Business!

I also like to read in my spare time. Knowledge is a powerful thing. If you educate yourself in things that you are passionate about and that you can "apply" towards your journey to success, you can achieve big things!

I began marketing in college, where I began my journey onto the Internet. I took computer science in school, primarily focusing on programming, but quickly found a love for the business & marketing components of the web. Business has always been an interest of mine. I remember reading jargon-filled business magazines while I was still in high school.

Since the inception of Wealthy Affiliate in Sept, 2005, I have a new found passion -- helping others succeed online. This is not an easiest of tasks, and everyone coming to WA comes from a different background, with a different story, but my (and Carson's) goal is to continue to work towards creating a system that will induce widespread success among the WA community members.

Give me a shout out in the forum and if you want, add me to your buddy list, or send me a message below!

Take Care,

Kyle

PS. I truly look forward to working with you!!

Hi Kyle,

I am in the process of adding affiliate links in the posts I have already published a couple of months back.

I do this by logging in my Wordpress dashboard=>Clicking on Posts=>Edit Posts=>Clicking Update. This updates my already published posts with these affiliate links and on clicking this affiliate links it diverts to the respective merchant's website.so I think they have already gone live.

However, in the training (OEC - Level 3: Lesson 4 of 10- Adding Affiliate Links to Your Pages) it says that

"Just know that after you add your links, you will need to re-publish your actual content as well so that your affiliate links are live. Upon doing this you will now get affiliate credit for these links (which will lead to $$)".

So what should I do now? Do I need to republish the same content that I posted a couple of months back again? And how do I do this?

Also, when should I ideally be adding affiliate links to a post on my website? As soon as I publish this post or after a couple of months once it has ranked high enough on the search engines?

Thanks

Nick

Dear Kyle; I got "Insert Headers and Footers" for Wordpress; and I am still confused? If you get to this? Can you please put up a Screenshot of where I am to put the code; and what is the code? I am sort of confused right now. But, what I mean by "The Code" is whether it is short code or long code; I tried watching a video; and I still didn`t get the code in right; now I have the Plugin Suggested; and I don`t know what to do now? Please help?

hello just a simple question regarding the niche, I really enjoyed the lesson and just finished. My question is can I work on more than one niche simultaneously or do I have to do one at a time? And Also do I have to write a blog on this niche? I do need help with the blog writing, as I like to write, but I would like to write so that people would view and enjoy my site. I tend to be all over the place. Thanks!

Hello Kyle,

I have a man by the name of Nigel that is harassing me in my Private messages. He claims that I have broken WA rules by blogging about religion.

I have never blogged about religion. My screen name and the name "God" is in my bio, and that is it. I have asked him repeatedly to leave me alone and to quit messaging me, because I have done nothing wrong.

He has "strictly warned" me that I am to never mention the name God or Jesus or any "religion or religious entity" so that he may have a religion free workspace here at WA.

This man is bonkers and quit frankly I feel singled out and attacked for no reason at all. I believe he could be talking about Nnurse Beccas post a few days ago about getting a "Jesus Text message."

But he wasn't on the thread, so he is basically going around using his time and energy to harass people here at WA who have never had contact with him at all.

I find his behavior quite disturbing. Is there a way that he can be blocked from messaging me please? Or what can be done about this situation? Thank you.

Randi M.

I am trying to base my website around Dungeons and Dragons. My question is that eventually I am wanting to put all of the rules and information about Dungeons and Dragons on to my site, but I am unsure of the legality of it. All of the information can be found online but is copying things like the rules and information about the game going to cause any trouble?
Reply

You just won't want to copy any duplicate content onto your website from another as that will hurt your website rankings.

Please help me choose a suitable place for Nich and the right start in the Affiliate. Forgive me English is not my mother tongue.

A niche can honestly be anything, what are you passionate about? What are you interested in?

When deciding on a niche and trying to narrow down to a more specific niche, I recommend you ask yourself the following question:

I want to help people that ______________.

Fill in the blank and you are going to be much closer to a specific audience. After you do this and if you want to run any further ideas by me, let me know and I will give you a hand. :)

Hi Kyle: I just signed up for your starter program. So many times, sites request money or more money or whatever. I am 71 years old and am in need of earning money ASAP. I am basically homeless, living on friends sofas, etc. One question I have for you...Will I be able to generate money soon within the starter program? Can I start with this program and choose the premium at a later date? I am intelligent and not a slacker as I am willing to put in whatever time I need...Just financially challenged right now. Please assist in an honest way. The same way you would assist your grandma..LOL thanks for your understanding

I see you have gone premium, congrats. I really do look forward to working with you!

In terms of generating revenue, everybody earns money at a different rate, so it really depends on the person. I have actually created a discussion on this that will put things into perspective for you here: Have a read of that, I know it will give you a lot of insight into this exact topic. ;)

The first month is typically your foundation building stage. In order to build a website that earns you consistent revenue, you need this foundation. After this, you are going to start seeing traffic and as you build this out, there are many different ways in which you can generate revenue.

Personally it took me into my 3rd month of busting my butt to make my first dollar online, by month 6 though I was making consistent income and by the year mark, I was almost full time.

But guess what would have happened if I quit during those first two "trying" months. I would not be where I am at today. Just wanted to put things into perspective for you.

I am in this journey with you, so is the community here at WA. If you want to jump in, work hard, take action, and persist. Amazing things can and will happen!

Hi Kyle,
I really do not like coming to you with problems, however, I had one of my websites domain name changed several days ago.

Yesterday in the site manager page I saw a notice which said the site I thought was gone was redirecting to the new domain that I asked to have put in.

I sent a message to support telling them what I had found.
Today I got a message from them saying this:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello David,

We see that "whatsthebuzzabout.net" site is not redirecting to "makemoneyonlinefree.co." Both have different site content.

Can we move "whatsthebuzzabout.net" to "makemoneyonlinefree.co" for you?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am absolutely beside myself that these people are in charge of my websites!

They are asking me what to do with a website that was changed several days ago and now I have two websites up with identical duplicate content for Google to rip me a new one about?

Are they smoking pot back there or something because it sounds from there message that they are clueless?

I'm sorry Kyle for having to come to you with this but if I am trying to get focused to build a business I would absolutely not want them anywhere near it, would you?

Yesterday, on the new domain I found an entire library full of pictures of Wealthy Affiliate photos?

Forms for webinar classes to be filled in as you like, but many different ones and much more! It took me quite sometime yesterday to clear that mess out.

I mean, I'm not allowed to use WA site photos and graphics on my sites right? Why would they be on my site? Who put them there? More importantly, WHY?

I don't like being a taddle tale but this I thought you really needed to hear about.

Respectfully Submitted,
David C Weber

So what is the actual issue here. Was there formerly a website on this domain?

whatsthebuzzabout.net

I can see this website is fully operational and working fine.

makemoneyonlinefree.co

I think they just might be confused by what you are asking, they team behind our sitesupport are senior server admins, so they are very technical and very skilled, more so than any other hosting support in the industry (where you get a help desk)...sometimes though if they don't clearly understand your object or issue it can be lost in translation.

As you can see, I am also unclear as to what domain is your "new" domain, what the issue is, and what you are anticipating/wanting to happen.

Hello, thanks for the greeting, and your comment with my personal goals.
I wanted to run by you with my niche, at it going along with my personal interests with that being outdoors. I would like to dip into outdoor gear, which could ranger from clothing for all seasons, to camera gear, as well as water activities such as river floating, kayaking, and snorkeling. I live in central North Carolina so these all fit my area in regards to my own experiences, but am i biting off to much for my first niche?

Thanks again!!!!!! Determined, just need a bit of direction
Reply

Yeah, these are all potential niches. Outdoors is too broad, but you can narrow down to a more specific aspect of being outdoors.

Reply
Would it be better if I was to consider making videos or memories regarding outdoors? I have camera gear that I use for my kids when we go to places, regardless if it’s the zoo, beach, zoo, or just backyard camping. And I could include the accessories in my niche, so I touch base with multiple affiliate programs.

I’m jumping in head first, as I really want the opportunity of success in what ever way it’s measured, and hoping that with my hard work and investment, it turns out well..

Thanks again for your reply’s.. let me know what you think and I’ll leave you to your busy days. Best wishes!!
Reply
Kyle Premium
Sure, but who specifically are you HELPING? Are you helping people document their kids lives? What is the plan in terms of who you want to help and what you want to help them with.
Reply
I would say, to be specific as possible. I would say I’m helping parents document not necessarily their kids lives, but their trips, outdoor adventures, etc. for an example I took my GoPro gear yesterday to the zoo to video my kids reactions.

So my niche would have to be to help parents relive their kids lives in the future. My parents never had this type of technology, and I wish I had more memories to look back on, and my parents agree. More so new parents in the millennial generations, but any parent who wants to document their children’s memories when going on vacations, family outings, days at the pool, or just memories that would stand out in 15-20 years.

By all means this is a direction that you can head here. :)

One last question, what do you mean by products and services? Last one and I’ll start all my training and jump into the grind.
I plan on going premium, and buying my own domain as well

As an affiliate marketer can register and join affiliate programs (there are 10,000's of them), and there are over 550 MILLION product/services that you can promote as an affiliate, across every niche, and including almost every major brand/company.

This includes people like you and I, you simply join these programs, they give you special and unique links to you, and then you can promote the products/services within their network or program.

Level 3 of the core training is going to walk you through the process and as you get there, you are going to learn in detail how to find and join affiliate programs, and also how to integrate these promotions into your website in a way that leads to maximum conversions.

You are not having to pay for those, so it is actually good that you are getting those. We give "bonus" comments and it is up to you when you approve them and they go to your website.

This is a good thing and you are not charged for the "bonus" comments.

This is going to be covered in detail as you move through the training. I have spent some time breaking down the process in the most simplistic way possible. Success online is at the core a 4 step process and I have broken them down within this video: Broken, down, the process looks like this:

Step 1: Choose your niche
Step 2: Build your website/content
Step 3: Get rankings in search engines (leads to traffic)
Step 4: Monetize your traffic (the make money part, through affiliate programs, etc!)

This applies in absolutely every niche and as you work through the training here at WA, you are going to be walked through this exact process. This is fundamental for ANY success online.

If you have any further questions let me know Tayla. :)

Kyle I'm torn!
I feel like focusing on my own niche website would be the most beneficial for gaining the experience and understanding of affiliate marketing, but on the other hand learning the WA Bootcamp route seems like a better way to generate income..
Should I do one before the other? Or is it better to pick a specific one first?
I feel like focusing on just one would be the most productive; or would you recommend I could do both at the same time?

Thanks,

Ashley
Reply
Kyle Premium
Yes, you should focus on just one and the one you are most interested in. Down the road you can get involved within several niches, but you don't want to diversify too early on in the training.

If you want to promote WA and work within the "make money niche", go through the Affiliate Bootcamp training. If you want to build a business within another niche, head through the Get Started Here training.

Focus on just one though. You are going to be much more successful if you focus on one business/website versus trying to do too many things at once. You can always diversify down the road.

Hope this helps you out here Ashley!

Hey Kyle I had a quick question.
I have been going through the training, started on my website and am to the spot where we write an article with a keyword. I go to google to research some things and found a website for what I was thinking of doing. Should I keep going with my idea or change it? It definitely felt like a kick in the gut and made me not so sure now. What is your thought on this?
Reply
Kyle Premium
Keywords are the premise of all of your content. Ideally you will be finding keywords with a lower competition (also known as QSR) because it means that you are going to be competition with less websites in Google when you go to create your content.

You want your keyword to meet the following criteria:

(1) Must be lower than 100 QSR initially, as you get more authority in search engines you can tackle more competitive search terms.
(2) Must get some traffic, I ideally aim for over 50 searches per month
(3) Must make grammatical sense

I recently created training on how to come up with great keywords here and this is a strategy I have always used to build out my website Sydney ... Once you have your keyword, you are going to create a page or a post on your website targeting that keyword. It should be within the following places in your content:

(1) Somewhere in the page/post title
(2) Somewhere within the first paragraph

And then write your content naturally and make sure it is engaging. People search "keywords" when they are looking for something so as you start getting ranked under these keywords, you are going to start to see traffic.

Once you have traffic...you have a ton of opportunity to generate revenue.

Hope this helps you out Sydney!

I just finished the website building video, and am about to start on mine. Does my niche need to be something I continually write about/ post content about? For example, if I chose cake decorating products as my niche, do I need to be blogging about cake decorating, or just providing a website with links to cake decorating products? Or both? I hope that made some sense (: Thank you!
Reply
Kyle Premium
Well your niche is your business. So as you build out your business, you will be continually creating content about it. Don't worry, once you understand how to do research you are going to be able to come up with an unlimited source of keywords in any niche.

When I go to do research on a given niche to come up with concepts for keywords (and ultimately content), I ask a few questions of my niche.

**What are some products/services that people are purchasing in your niche?
**What are some questions they are asking?
**What are some problems they are having?
**What are some "how to's" that are useful?
**What are some trending topics in your niche?

Do some research, in could be as simple as a Google search to uncover a lot of these items. I personally start off my keyword research using this technique: This will open your doors to essentially unlimited ideas and concepts, from there you can plug in these keywords into the keyword/research platform that is available to you here at WA. Hope this helps you out here Grace!

You don't have to move the actual domain here, but you will want to point your DNS settings here.

You will just need to update the DNS settings and you will be able to use your domain with the hosting here.

The DNS is also known as the "nameservers" and these are what tell your domain to look for your website, which in this case is going to be the hosting here at WA.

Here are your DNS settings again (also within that tutorial):

ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com

You can update this within your domain registrar (where you bought the domain). Upon doing so, you will be able to start building your website here within 24 hours, the time in takes for your new nameserver settings to propogate.

Let me know if you have any further issues.

Hey kyle, my first of probably many questions :-) now that I have gotten into this second module of training and about to get my own domain, I am beginning to think that my original name of my website, Fantasy Sports World, is a bit limiting, and maybe Fantasy Sports Dad would give me more opportunities to gain traffic from multiple sources. What do you think?
Reply

Yeah, you could head in that direction I would focus on just ONE fantasy sport though. You don't want to try to tackle all, as that will be too broad.

Fantasy Football Dad
Fantasy Baseball Dad
etc

I would narrow it down and then go from there.

Hi Kyle. I really think you need to take a look at the starter membership. In recent days there seems to have been a huge increase in the number of new starter members who simply create an account and then post spammy blogs with links.
Today reached a new low with this: I really think you need to prohibit starter accounts from being able to post blogs without being moderated. Sadly the great WA platform is being polluted with spam blog posts at present. It is in danger of becoming a biz-op for scammers to do it.

Just my 2c

Well that is not a solution, there are MANY things we do to prevent spam (100's) but with any free platform, there are things that can still slip through the cracks and we investigate and deal with them very quickly.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I agree there are likely more things we can do but there is a fine thing between being "too limiting" and preventing spam.

Kyle, Good Morning. I wanted to let you know that I upgraded my plan. Yahoo...but when I try to follow the video tutorials the vid counter and the sound constantly stop and start. It's very frustrating and I'm missing out on stuff I want to learn. As I get further into the lessons it seems to get worse. This chrome book is fairly new and it's only the video content thats affected. The SEO part is almost too broken up to understand. Help..if you can.
Thanx R.

This sounds like a wifi connection issue. Is your internet speed fast? That is likely what the issue is here, the videos and sound work fine, but if your internet connect is choppy the video will be choppy as well.

An article from Forbes says that to rank high in Google's trust algorithm, one needs to put a Terms of Service page on their site. Is this necessary for blogs that monetize via affiliate links? I wouldn't think so, but I want to be sure.

The article also says that a Contact Page ought to have a full name, address, and phone number attached. Is this necessary for individuals? I can see why larger businesses would need that.

Here's the the article I read: https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbesagencycouncil/2017/11/22/does-google-trust-your-site/#755a93777967

I would NEVER listen to anything on Forbes, they are not a credible source of information and any low grade author can publish an article on there (or pay someone to publish their content on there).

In saying this, you will be putting a privacy policy and an affiliate disclosure on your website that is more than adequate. Just be careful where you source your knowledge from, sources like Forbes for "SEO" information are definitely not credible.

Under your image, if you click the small pop out arrow you can log out there (there is a log out button within the menu).

And yes, you can choose any length of membership that you want, and if you go premium $19 for the first month, if you ever want to move to a 6 month or yearly membership, you can definitely do that after the fact without issue. :)

I have finished this lesson and I am trying to move to the next lesson by clicking the blue 'Next Lesson" radio button at the end of the lesson.

Instead of being taken to lesson 2 "Choose a Target Keyword for your First "Keyword Rich" post, I am sent to the first lesson in Mod 4 (Setting up a Domain Specific Email Account"), skipping the rest of the training in Mod 3.

Please advise~Thanks!

Hi Kyle,

Quick question I just bought my first domain name justsoccergear.com
that is really exciting but I am also really nervous about it as well. My website name is Soccer World, I aim to promote soccer gear for players of all ages and ability and fans across the globe. My question is do think justsoccergear.com is a suitable domain name for what I am trying to achieve? I will be creating content about all gear soccer as well as other posts as well that might not be directly about soccer gear but will be about soccer the game.

Any feedback would be great, appreciate everything you guys do here on WA. Can I also become an affiliate for WA once this website is up and running?

Thanks again,

Joseph
Reply
Kyle Premium
Yes, it is suitable. You want to ideally focus on the soccer gear side of things before you go too broad, that industry is MASSIVE alone.

But yes you can definitely head in this direction and I like your domain.

As for promoting WA, you can down the road but I would establish a footing in your existing niche and with your existing website first before you diversify. ;)

Hello Kyle, I hope you are having a pleasant day. If you don't mind I have a question about chosing the niche. One of my main ideas for a niche has been, from the start, playing cards. I'm a professional magician and cardist with 19 years of professional experience and I know for a fact that the market of playing cards has exploded over the last 15 years, with the rising fame of Cardistry (the art of card flourishes). I myself, as an avid collector have around 60 different decks in my collection. So I have the knowledge and the skill to create content around it.
My only predicament is : The average price for one of those decks is around $8 to $20, so this is not a high price for one time sales. So If I'd find affiliate programs around this niche, I wonder how low the commissions would be, this is why I wonder if, though I know that anything can be a lucrative niche, is it one ?
Thank you in advance for your thoughts :)

Siegffried
Reply
Kyle Premium
Then that is definitely a natural direction that you can head. There are likely PLENTY (1,000's of things that you can promote), not just from the decks, but other products/services, how to guides and courses, membership sites, even magic travel or things of that nature. Even your own services as you establish yourself as an authority online.

This is a vast industry and certainly I wouldn't worry too much about lack of products to promote, I think you will find quite the contrary.

Head through the training and take action on that. The more effort you put in the more potential you will get out.

Everybody earns money at a different rate, so it really depends on the person.

I know that all things being equal it is better to have the how-to-build-a-house.com domain than a how-to-build-a-house.org (or any other non-.com domain). But how much different will your results be? are .com sites 2 times, 5 times, 10 times, better than non-.com sites, all other things being equal?

Hey, Kyle. Just a note to say that I am still having problems getting text links/banners on my site. Since I am not familiar with a lot of the terms and abbreviations different affiliate programs use, and they all seem to be different, it is taking me a longer time getting this figured out and applied. But I want you to know that I will not quit. I am a reasonably intelligent guy and I know that this one little area is all that is keeping me from properly monetizing my site. I will NOT give up even if I get a little discouraged. Once I get it and a few other things sorted out, I know my site will be successful. It looks good. It has good content. I know it needs more so I will get writing this week. I keep hoping to see it show up in searches even though Google apparently gives it no real notice. I will get better and so will my site. I just wanted you to know.

Your niche ideas are definitely viable directions for your niche. You need to choose one when starting out, what are you most passionate about?

When deciding on a niche and trying to narrow down to a more specific niche, I recommend you ask yourself the following question:

I want to help people that ______________.

Fill in the blank and you are going to be much closer to a specific audience. After you do this and if you want to run any further ideas by me, let me know and I will give you a hand. :)

PS. If you choose Halloween, just do know that it will be very much a seasonal niche. it is best to prepare for a niche like this further in advance so you have time to rank/etc.

Unfortunately, you cannot change a domain name after it has been created. You would need to create a brand new website with a new domain if you wanted to update the domain URL. That is the only way to update the URL of your website.

If you are a Premium member, you can use the Move feature to move all of the old content from the old domain to your new one and this will make it so you don't lose any of your existing work you have done on your domain.

I have no idea what that program is, but we are going to be teaching you how to build a business properly.
I would recommend that if you can, get your money back from that program and you can move forward PROPERLY here at Wealthy Affiliate.

If you have any further questions let me know Lillian. :)

I suggest that you make your headlines more captivating within your content. Things like "Titan T-3 HD Power Rack" don't really catch my attention. You might want to elaborate on these to make them more specific to what you are about to talk about.

Ex. Titan T-3 HD Power Rack - SOMETHING ELSE

This will lead to a lot more interest and a lot more people will read your content as a result. People tend to remember your content and "scan" your content based on what sticks out so make your headlines really count.

Overall though, I like what you have done thus far and you are off and running with your website. ;)

Okay, I'll work on that. However, I thought that headlines should be kept short for good SEO. Am I wrong for thinking this?
Reply

There is a particular character limit, you don't want to have them long, but you also don't want to have them too brief. If you look at a typical search in Google you will get a good idea how many characters they display in their titles (within the results).

Not every page or post you write will rank and definitely with a new website, not everything will get indexed and rank right away.

Typically around the 3 month mark is when you will start to experience a big breakthrough in terms of search engine penetration Scott. Posts that you have done up to that point will start to rank, move up the search results, and you will start to strike the 1st page of Google with lots of your content.

Don't panic here and don't fixate too much on rankings at this point in the game, they will happen. :)

Well Google is very much unpredictable, but one thing is always a constant. The more quality content you create and the more authority you gain within Google and other search engines the higher the ranks (and the quicker you rank).

Kyle, I like to propose something. I think we should put guidelines in place on how to do a website review. Some of the reviews are just ego pleasers and have no value at all. Mainly because of the people that do the review have no idea what is wrong with the website they looking at.

Websites that have no content on it get raving reviews, simple guidelines what to check and put in your review can fix this.

Else these reviews serve no purpose, the people doing the review don't learn how to do a good review and the people getting the review think that everything is good, but their websites don't pull in traffic.

So what is the use of having them?

So I propose we make this better, so it serves a purpose. If you need my help, I am happy to assist you.
Reply
Kyle Premium
Yes, I agree. There needs to be a few more guidelines in place, but at the same time, we don't want to tell people how to review a site or it won't be an authentic audit. The great part about website reviews in their natural form, is you can get different perspectives.

But yes, ego pleasing posts don't do any justice, but also on the contrary, I have found that people cannot take criticism too well so people that may have offered constructive criticism in the past, are shy to offer the advice what they feel they should. So it is a fine line here.
Reply
EBeins Premium
I agree there is a fine line but you know as well as I do that there are certain things in website design that work better than others.

If we make a suggestion list for people to check on these things, it then will do two things, the people giving the review will realise what is important and their review will become better.

The people getting the review will also have a better understanding of what to improve upon.

I would like to suggest the following.

1) Paragraph length, keep them sort.
2) Sentence width 2.5 to 3 alphabets wide (max 78 characters)
3) Font size, bigger font reads easier (14 to 16)
4) Headings, Title should be the biggest Heading and step down after that.
5) Spaces around different parts of your website should be equal.
6) Break up different sections on your page with slide tone difference in the background.
7) Images, make sure you size your images consistently.
8) Keep the feel and look of your website consitant.
9) Colours have got a meaning, use the right colours with the content that you are conveying. Else people get confused.
10) Do a speed test on GTmetrix.com, to see if the website loads fast.
11) Content, check the quality, readability, spelling and grammar.

Let me know what you think Kyle.

Cheers

Eric.

10) Do a speed test on GTmetrix.com, to see if the website loads fast.

That is not a useful resource, most good hosts block this platform as it creates enormous load on servers. And it is not accurate, you should be using PageSpeed Insights, and that is built right into the platform here at WA.

And all of your other ideas, are good ideas and what we teach folks as they move through the training, and that we have plenty of tools to help them out with. :)

Hi, I am sorry to bother you but I am a bit concerned about something. In training it asked us to give feedback on another persons site. I may have this all wrong but in my thoughts we were to give honest and truthful feedback. I reviewed the first two sites that came up and I was honest with the author. I told them the good and not good points that I saw. However, afterwards I was reading some of the previous reviews and it seems that everyone was basically “coddling” the authors. They only mentioned the good and completely left off comments about the areas that needed work. Is that something that is expected? How can we learn anything if we don’t hear the negative as well? If you would be so kind, please enlighten me on the proper process.

Hi Kyle,

There is something I need help with. Do you know if each of my posts on my website, The Michael Guide to America, needs to be indexed by Google before they will be ranked? The reason I am asking about this is because I have had two posts (not counting the About Me) on my website and so far I have not been notified that each of these two posts had been indexed by Google.

So, I am checking to see if I am doing everything the right way so far. For my first post, I used the keyword "plan a trip to the grand canyon" and for the second post, I used the keyword "hotels in the grand canyon". Both of these keywords have more than 30 "avg" and less than 100 "QSR". I used the keyword in the title and in the first paragraph of each post. These things are mentioned in the OEC training.

Is there anything that is stopping my posts from getting indexed and ranked? Like the categories that I have on my website or something else?

My web address is www.themichaelguide.com.

I tried to search keywords on Jaaxy and was a bit confused on what to type in so i thought maybe i need to use more specific keywords without narrowing down my niche.

Please let me know what you think.

Thank you

Hi Kyle, just completed the first 10 lessons. The keyword research part is quite intriguing. I think I now understand how it all works based on the training video. Thanks for that. Before proceeding with adding keywords to the keywords list I want to know how many keywords I can or I should add to the list? I know that as a starter member right now I'm getting 30-33 keywords. This means, for each site I'm getting 33 keywords or 33 keywords per month or per day as a starter member? Also, if you can shed some light on the site itself as for its design and adding images go. Is that part of the next 10 lessons? Sorry, these questions came to me back to back and before forgetting them I decided to write them for you. Thank you again.

You can add as many keywords that you like to your list, through time this list will likely grow, with not enough time to ever tackle all of your keyword opportunities.

Once you have your keyword, you are going to create a page or a post on your website targeting that keyword. It should be within the following places in your content:

(1) Somewhere in the page/post title
(2) Somewhere within the first paragraph

And then write your content naturally and make sure it is engaging. People search "keywords" when they are looking for something so as you start getting ranked under these keywords, you are going to start to see traffic.

Once you have traffic...you have a ton of opportunity to generate revenue.

As for images, this design element along with overall content creation, structure, and rankings is going to be covered in detail in level 2. :)

Hope this helps you out Yama!

Please let me know.

Hi Kyle, I have recently joined your platform, I was wondering if you could offer some advice? I am currently using WIX as a platform website for my ecomm store online. I have found that it seems to be lacking alot of features. I am considering registering with Shopify, as I know they have more of a range of apps and features. Is it possible to provide me with any experience you have had and if you use Shopify. Many thanks

What is your store and what are you selling? Woocommerce is the core shopping platform on Wordpress and I actually recommend that you consider using Wordpress for your websites, they are the most feature extensive and what we use here at WA. Something to consider.

You want to be much more narrow than this, because it will be really tough to define exactly who your audience is. What aspect of health? What aspect of beauty?

I just completed the Privacy Policy portion of training (and created the PP Page). Kyle, you mentioned that the next lesson will be about further customization of the site. My "niche" is going to be "building a passive income" and I hope to become an affiliate marketer for the WA program. I assume there is a sort of "customized theme" for affiliate marketers of the WA program, right?
Reply
Kyle Premium
You don't need a customized theme no, any theme will work. You can choose a theme that interests you, but you will have access to over 3,000 themes within the premium membership.

I usually recommend a theme that is white background that puts emphasis on the content. It is your content where you will be relaying your message and converting. :)

Thanks! I've already completed lesson 7 of Online Entrepreneur Certification. Would you suggest that I just jump to "Affiliate Boot Camp" at this point (since I already have a white background, simple theme, website already created)?

Yes, if you are going to build a business in the "passive income" niche, then you will want to head through the bootcamp training.

Just wanted to let you know I published the post I was talking about on how I acquired over 300 affiliate program approvals in 24 hours. The 70 plus that I mentioned that approve instantly is actually 126 The list is in the blog. And I am now up to 324 approved affiliate contracts. I also discussed my strategies for getting the approvals of the other 198 as well as my new marketing strategy I mentioned that has the potential to generate incredible profits and is something that every WA member can do if they choose to.

That is great, Jon. My experience so far has been a little tougher. My niche is 5G cell phones and out of all the companies you listed in your blog, only one, Digicel, fell under the category of Telecoms, and they are out in the Carribean, so not a lot of 5G happening there for a while. I may get Sprint, but Verizon rejected my application for some reason. I only have my first and only site at this time, so my target is small.

No worries Jack the affiliates don't have to have anything todo with your niche. The biggest thing is that they are popular and high commission earners. For example the first 3 from the list are perfect for any website. And all of them can be used to create sub pages as I mention.

I totally get how they are better if they are relevant to your niche. Instead of thinking about your niche specifically think more about the traffic that will be visiting your website. Think about companies and adds that you yourself would check out. Think of things like the demographic that will be visiting your web pages. Off the top of my head there is Men, Women, Teens and probably even young children that want the next best Phone.

Here is a prime example on how affiliates that are in the list that you are missing that are perfect for you The company Newchic as I mention they are listed under their tag as Women's I mention that they carry mens items too there best add is for there PHONE APP. every one who gets the app gets a $60 off coupon just for downloading it. As I mentioned they give free gifts with every oder have a point system and tons of amazing features.

I just searched the app for you and they have hundreds of phone cases at affordable prices. Newchic and many others have product pictures too. The CJ affiliates platform has a widget builder where you can select one or grids of products they have special features that allow you to do slide shows and other effects. Once you create it you convert it to code with their software that's free. And install it like any other affiliate code.

Hope this was helpful let me know if I can help . It's awesome how dedicated you are to your Niche . One of the biggest things we need to remember is to look outside of the box. Sometimes all that takes is a different perspective.

Pretty sure Touch of Modern might have phone cases too if they don't they do have really nice eye catching adds and are a big earner. NordVPN is internet security that people are always looking for they are the number one selling VPN right now $40% commissions from every sale to you . Sight seeing pass is the double decker bus tours in NY and other states that is one of the most popular holiday activities. And I always recommend travel affiliates cause, at the end of the day we all want a holiday. and commissions are generally high and the first few have tons of amazing deals.

Hey Kyle, I upgraded to premium and I'm really into off the grid stuff and prepping, and even have a great product I found that teaches people who to build a cheap, new type of solar panel that is small and produces more energy than average. I was thinking about a domain like preppingoffthegrid.com, which is available, but says I need to create a support tick to get it. Is that because you want to make sure we are getting the right one to fit our niche? Should I just get a free one for now then redirect it later?

Hey Kyle, could you please help me? I'm struggling with the domain name. I'm a language enthusiast and have my own website/blog in Czech language. I would like to have a website with language learning tips in English but can't see how it could lead to any income - how to connect it with WA to get referrals? I could also create another website about online money making or something like that but I'm not sure I will have enough content to write about.

When you choose a domain, you are going to want to choose something that is "brandable" versus something that has keywords within it. The reason this is the case is because as you build out your website, you can target as many keywords as you like within the content (that is how you will rank).

I have created a discussion here outlining the process and what to look for when choosing a domain name: This should help you out here and if you ever want to run any domains by me, simply let me know and I will give you some feedback.

PS. You can host up to 25 of your own domains here within the Premium membership on our state of the art hosting platform. :)

This new .com one will contain reviews of all sorts in English and my goal is to gain trust through honest reviews of various things e.g. online programs, youtubers, crypto etc. as I am interested in many things :) and then hopefully get referrals through that.

Hi Kyle,
Around July 19th, a month after having joined WA, I received a (private) message from you in which you asked how things were going.
I can’t remember having received an answer to my reaction on that message. The same holds for a message I send you earlier.

It is easy to imagine that you have a busy agenda, but since you are my Personal Coach I wondered if I had taken the wrong approach to reach you.

The point is that I haven’t found my way yet in WA. As you can see I haven’t done much training yet. It might well be that I haven’t taken enough time/showed enough self discipline/was not ready for it, but I would also have liked some personal coaching, to get some of my questions answered, starting from my present situation.

WA has a lot to offer, but maybe not that.
If so, than I’d better end my membership (for now) since being a productive member is better for the community and for myself.
As I hope you will understand, it is not my intention to criticize (what you’re doing in) WA, but to find a way that is most helpful for myself too.
Have a great day!

Hello Kyle,

As promised yesterday I’ll try to explain here where and why I am ‘stuck’ in WA.

Not knowing anything about Affiliate Marketing I became enthusiastic after seeing some videos of Stuart Ross and talking to some members of Six Figure Mentors).
I started to see it as a great possibility to earn a good (passive) income by attracting people to products I believe in: products that really enhance the quality of people’s lives/help them grow (in personal development, in business, in wealth and health).

The first problem (which you emphasize in the first videos of the training and also in your messages) is choosing a niche and you give some very useful advice here.
But after having chosen a niche, what then? You talked about becoming an expert in the field of your niche, but how? Starting a blog or a website and with what content?
And then: what is needed in actions, time and money (for advertising) to get the exposure/traffic you need to develop it into a decent income generator?

WA offers a lot of training and tools, but after starting the training (and also seeing some videos of Jay/magistudios) I didn’t start to see it before me/‘to see the forest through the trees’ and to gain confidence (which is essential in the process, as also was emphasized to me by Stuart Ross).
Also reading some of the many blogposts of WA members I wondered: what is the relationship of these posts with their ‘core’ Affiliate Marketing business?

In my daily life I am working on a public (worldwide scalable) discussion- and cooperation platform to (co)create new solutions on essential societal issues like housing, education and healthcare.
In relation to that I am also thinking about a(n accompanying) blog, but also here I am wondering how.
In a previous message to you I also asked what I can do in WA with a website or blog in another language.

I realize I raise a lot of issues here and maybe (up-to now) I haven’t been doing with the training, what is possible/needed, but I hope you understand (through this pretty long message) where I am now and also why I asked for some Personal Coaching.
I would be very grateful if you can help me to get some clearance here, either by telling me that WA is not the good community for me, or what I can do to get more confidence here.

Thanks for your time and have a great weekend!
🍀Gerrit

Just a quick one about the domain name. myketomyfamily.com is available but I had a thought that myketomyfamily.com.au would be better for us because we live in Australia and my brain is telling me that to gain Australian family trust .com.au is better?? But I don't know, what are your thoughts? .com.au was also not supported thru WA though

.com is better, as it will rank globally and will open your doors up to a lot more opportunity. The .com.au would be useful only if it was a local business and you didn't want to target anyone outside of Australia. So that is my recommendation for you here, go with the .com. :)

Good Morning! I just signed up yesterday and I am in the process of watching the training videos. To be honest, i am a little overwhelmed. I decided to join in order to help bring in customers, I recently became an affiliate for Elevacity which promotes health and wellness. They gave me a website where you can purchase the products. My question is do i build a website that has a link to the page where they order? What is the best way to approach this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Great to have you here at WA Pamela and if you ever do need a hand with anything, you have an entire community of support behind you (myself included)! :)

As you move forward within the training, you will get the hang of this and things that you are overwhelmed with by now, will become second nature.

I think you are getting ahead of yourself, you shouldn't be registering for affiliate programs until you have a solid base of content on your website. That is why affiliate programs and the make money aspect is covered in detail in Level 3 of the training, the first focus is content/rankings/traffic.

First focus on an audience before you are too worried about selling anything. I highly recommend that you move your way through the training and take action on that. It is there for a reason and will walk you through the proper process of building a business and it will get you taking action on the proper steps and process so you build your business correctly from the ground up.

I hope this clarifies and if you need anything else moving forward let me know. ;)

Yeah, you only have a certain amount of time to complete a feedback or it goes back into the pool. The reason is that we can't have people locking up feedback, whereas there are others available and waiting to do it.

The same goes for SiteComments, if you are going be using this platform make sure you complete it before you attempt to multi-task elsewhere.

Bootcamp if you want to build a business within the "make money" or related niche and earn an income promoting WA. If you want to build a business through the promotion of your OWN niche, then head through the OEC training.

I don't recommend doing both, in particular when you are starting out you don't want to diversify too much.

I am here to help you every step of the way Velejen!

After you make your website, you can promote as many affiliate programs on your website as you like.

Over time you will likely be promoting many different products/services on your website and this will take place as your build out content and you see a good match between an audience and a product.

Remember, your role as an affiliate is to connect your traffic (an audience) with a product or service that will benefit them. This will be based on the context and relevance of the content.

Don't worry about promoting at this stage, it is going to be covered later on in the training, your first focus is going to be the foundation for your business, the content, the rankings and the traffic. Without traffic, there is nobody to promote to.

As you move into Level 3 of the training, the "make money" part and the various aspects of monetization are going to be covered in detail.

Continue through the training, take action on the lessons and you will see your business piece together.

Hope this helps you out here Joanne!

Hi Kyle, I hope that all is well. I just watched the affiliate marketing
introduction video. Very helpful training as usual. Before watching this training I was thinking to add a link to every page but this changed my mind. My question is about a post I created in my website. The website is about breastfeeding and the specific post is about the gifts that people can offer a breastfeeding mother (Unpublished yet), and I was thinking to put a link for every product (It is a list of 20 gifts). After watching your video I am wondering if that would still be a good idea, even though that would be very relevant. Please let me know what you think based on your experience and expertise. Thank you very much for your help!

You could link to your main "resources" page (you could call it waht you want) within your main menu, this way it could be accessible from any page. That is the approach that I would take, and then within the actual content itself, reserve the promotions that are the most relevant for that (based on the relevance between the product and the content).

Hi Kyle,

I have a question regarding my posts.

I noted that my most recent post (about a week ago) has been indexed by Google 2. However, my 2 earlier posts (published about a month ago) are not. Is this normal? Is there anything I need to do to make sure that this gets indexed?

My site has had some technical issues a couple of weeks back, but Site Support has now resolved the issue. Am wondering whether it has something to do with this.

Thanks.

Do you have google search console set-up, this can certainly help Google find all of your content. In saying this, I wouldn't panic here and I certainly wouldn't make "getting indexed" your focus, this is going to naturally happen and happen with more efficiency as you build out your content and gain authority in Google and other search engines.

Hi Kyle - Thanks for the feedback. I do not have google search console set-up (can't recall encountering this in the training modules I have taken so far). I will look into it and set it up.

Regarding getting indexed, yes I am not overly concerned at this point. I was more wondering whether my site got messed when I had the technical issue and if I needed to do something.

Sure, this will help with indexing, but it will also naturally happen as you continue to build out your content. So not to worry either way, and you likely have not come across that training yet.

Hi Kyle - I have set-up my Google Search Console and created/submitted my sitemap successfully. But I see a "Couldn't fetch" status. Wondering if this is okay and that I just have to wait for a few days; or if I did something wrong. Am attaching some screenshots. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi there, Kyle. Nice to meet you!

I see that you're my personal coach here at WA. I've been meaning to ask - what are some of the most productive and interesting questions I could ask you?

In other words, what do you WISH people would ask you when they're just getting started?

I've completed Level 5 of the training and I've watched many of Jay's trainings.

Thank you for your time. Please let me know how I can develop an awesome coach/student relationship with you.

LOL, you should ask questions when you have them. There is no need to force questions if you don't have any, many of them will likely be answered as you move through the training as well.

If you ever need a hand with anything Wendy, do let me know (or come up with any questions you just need to ask lol)

Hi Kyle,

I am not sure if this is much of a surprise. But, I just received an e-mail response from TripAdvisor about using their images for my website. They said that based on their policy, they aren't able to approve my request for using their images on my website due to copyright infringement. Here is the e-mail response.

Not really. Then don't use them, there are plenty of other images that you could use on your website out there.

Do you mean the images that don't require a permission to use commercially (my website)?

Please let me know.

Yeah, use images that you are allowed to use on your website. Just don't take images from Trip Advisor and you should be alright ;)

Hey Kyle I got a penalty but I don’t know if it’s bad.

My traffic started climbing suddenly and quickly. Just boosting everyday.

Then it dropped back to 20 visits in the morning instead of 40-50.

The first day I thought nothing of it.

The second day it’s still the same, so I’m like what have I done??

I then suddenly thought, I went through around 70 posts changing them all to nofollow. I believe this has given me a penalty.

I just went back through them and changed them all again, back to follow. The site has to breath.

Do you think it will be bad?

Thanks Kyle.

Also, I can’t find what penalty this is. The only penalties I can find is the Google updated and a manual action? I haven’t done anything except publish the good content.

Could it be that it just didn’t like the what I did?

It was a sudden change in dofollow links to nofollow..
Reply
Kyle Premium
Why would you change them all to no follow? This might actually kill all of your rankings, I have no idea why you would have done this. Before you make any rash website changes like this, you should definitely reach out to others.

michaelvgATN Premium
Kyle thank you. I don't know why. I didn't even know it was a rash move. I have no idea about this stuff.

It was wrong information on the internet that is why I did it. I actually thought I had to have them all nofollow, and that's why I did.

I was so confident that I would make Vegas this time but now look what has happened.

I have a picture here:

What do you think about my situation now?

Have you changed them back? Which links did you change to no follow?

This could have been one culprit, but I just recommend that you avoid knee jerk type reactions when you see a fall out in Google. Often times it is an algorithm change and you will bounce back quickly, often times it can take Google weeks before they figure out how to properly implement large scale updates.

Ok cool. I wrote around 50 new blogs and reviews. I got lost in information and just did it, but then straight away the traffic dropped, so I couldn't figure out why. But then it hit me it was the change of follow to nofollow (all at once). Like the next day or second I literally stopped everything to change them back.

So yes I changed them back straight away.

It showed me how alive these website really are, its like they are fully breathing.

And then I started thinking guess what? that the nofollow isn't even for bloggers and that its for programmers. This is how powerful the wrong information can be for someone who doesn't know.

I realized now to just leave the follow and nofollow, infact I actually found from this that your site get more strength from follow links because it makes the site breath.

So now I'm just writing content, adding my links and not touching anything else apart from my content.

I was hoping to get to Vegas this one.

Do you think Ill make it?

Good evening
Am having a kind of peculiar problem. Can’t seem to login in to my word press. I contacted support and gave them the detail and they replied me saying they were able to login to my word press back office. They even sent a screenshot. If not for the screenshot I would not have belied it. I transferred the domain to WA today, this be the reason. Here are the login details

Hello Kyle,

The last time you told me this:
"When deciding on a niche and trying to narrow down to a more specific niche, I recommend you ask yourself the following question:

I want to help people that ______________."

So that made me think. Let me fill the blank space..
I want to help people that don't know how to use a Drill Driver.

So my niche is helping people how to use a drill driver afer all? :D

Website name? "howtouseadrilldriver.com"? It's okay? It matters in the search engine of google? Or I can put something different...

I HOPE it's not a broad niche...
Reply
Kyle Premium
What is a drill driver? Sorry to be naive, but it is a tool/category of tools you could target, or tools that are specific to a particular that you could target. You could go a bit more broad.

Thanks Kyle for the email, happy to know there is real people to run to if ever I feel overwhelmed in these projects. I’m a newbie for an online business, I’ve known about online stores but often wondered how to run one? So I was looking for a niche to run on and found another group of affiliate marketers who was actually promoting a niche I really want to do, so I paid the 99 bucks for the webinar getting excited to move forward with them even had a direct mentor and was going to talk to a personal coach, I just mentioned to this person that hay I’m one of the guys like in the webinar replays they have been sending that I work the 9 to 5 JOB and shift working nights as well and working pay cheque to pay cheque and what they were promoting was perfect for a second job working towards a finacial freedom what I was exactly looking for and I was looking to make 6-7 figures apparently he felt embarrassed if he was working with people like that and turned my words around saying that my mentor was offering 6-7 figs just because I paid the 99 usd enough false info to kick that mentor of mines out, but it wasn’t the mentor who told me that I could be making that much it was their webinars with their fellow affiliates who started the business, so this guy gave me a hard time by saying that my pay to pay 9 to 5 shift working night job excuse does not mean much to him and best get my money back and come back when I have enough funds to join the business. Lol long story short they were promoting false hope that they can help people start a business online and make money to be financially secure like your story making money online and I do t need any experience necessary to pop one up. So I went to the source of their product not their community and they offered me a distribution position but had to turn it down because I simply can’t afford their product to promote it but the person that help me and offered that position said my emails are always open and in the future I can start with them she’s just an email away. Hahaha just had to share that with you because if that guy who didn’t turn me down I wouldn’t have found you guys in determination to learn how to build an online business to make money to start the business and hopefully become financially secure. Like I said on my description my current job right now is putting a strain on my psyche mentally, physically and emotionally and I love my fiancé don’t want our relationship to crash and burn because of it :) hence why I’m here learning from you and Carson and I just want to say thank you! You guys are amazing and guess what I do trust you guys enough to buy and upgrade my pages when I’m done the training you and put together and the community is amazing! I can’t wait to get to the part when you can link up your affiliate pages and setting up funnels if it’s in the training I mean hahaha I’m ahead of myself but my aim is to learn as much as I can and trying not to get sued for anything copy right you know going to the right channels with WA I believe I can learn all these things if not some even any help would be awesome. I feel encouraged using your page and hopefully I become one your affiliates promoting your business because good people like both of you deserve hardworking people that you trained to be ambassadors to a WEALTHY AFFILIATE FAMILY! Hahaha :) thanks guys for working with us through and through looking to hit the 10 session mark soon. Chat with you when I have questions thank you again.

Well there are a lot of scams and shams out there, so be careful as to what you get involved in. Paying $99 for a single webinar sounds like a program that is setting you up for larger expenses (and not putting your interests first).

We teach what works, and have been doing so for the past 14 years. There is a reason we are the most trusted and respected platform in the industry.

If you have any further questions let me know Aron. :)

Thanks Kyle! I will message you for business tips and tricks if ever something comes up, but to pick your brain a bit that I cane across my research and self learning, click funnels? Know how’s and linking them to pages like what I’m doing in the training? I watch them vids but still don’t understand how a direct funnel suppose to get traffic to your page? I guess I gotta finish training here first. But I am learning allot from this training! Thanks to the both of you again truly appreciate what you guys do for us!

You can build a funnel down the road, but it certainly should not be the starting point for any business. I don't recommend worrying about an autoresponder or getting into email marketing until you have a source of traffic no less than 100 clicks per day.

If you focus on email marketing before that, it is far too premature and you will end up spending too much time on managing your list, broadcasts, follow-up sequences, integration into your site, etc...without focusing on the most important thing first. Traffic!
Reply
Thanks Kyle it is noted! I will put my focus on this training first then worry about all that funnel stuff in the future. Thank you!

Kyle Premium
Yeah, for sure. There are definitely lots of people here using funnels, but that is something that you work towards, that is certainly not the starting point for your business. :)

Hi Kyle,
To no surprise....due to my lack of business savvy, and professional ineptness of business, I had to consult and do what it takes to get moving. (BTW, so far I have had an awesome welcoming. Thanks for having such a wonderful platform of welcomes)
I asked one of my college buds to help me out and she did it after I told her what I was doing. She helped without me knowing what the training was all about! So I went with Go Daddy?? I have my website but I only did it yesterday and will take a moment-time!?! IDK if there is something else I need to do or not. I paid the price for it...now what, or is that in training too? I just wanted to let you know before you think I walked out on the process. I don’t want negative energy brewing. Hope you understand. Best

I would have recommended that you get your domain here, Godaddy is full of upsells and their next year costs will typically be MUCH higher than advertised.

What did you get from GoDaddy? You certainly should NOT need their services. Let me know here.

I keep getting rejected for affiliate programs. I have been successful getting on Amazon, but Verizon and Sprint have both rejected my partnerships. Any input as to why? What can I do about this? My goal is to provide a link for each of the cell phones I have on the site.
Reply
Kyle Premium
Well it is likely the thoroughness of your website. Often times if you don't have adequate content on your website, or it is not relevant enough to the affiliate program, they may refrain from accepting you into that program.

If you don't get accepted, you could always write a review of that affiliate program on the affiliate programs platform here Jack.

Hello Kyle,I wrote you yesterday but did not hear the feedback.Anyways,I know you must be busy. What I want to ask now is different from what I wrote to you. The questions are:
1.What is my affiliate link for inviting people to come and join Wealthy Affiliate for which I will earn commission?
2.is the affiliate bookcamp training meant for people whose niches are in agreement with Wealthy Affiliate?
3.If I want to partner with Wealthy Affiliate in their affiliate program, which training am I suppose to focus on?
4If I am to be involved in the affiliate program of Wealthy Affiliate, how should I frame my niche to make my website suitable for that purpose?
5.Finally, does my promoting the affiliate program of Wealthy Affiliate stops me from promoting the affiliate products of organisation like Amazon and Click bank?

Not sure if you got the last email I just sent so here is another one. I have been unable to get into the WA email site yesterday and now again today.

I have to keep sending an email to support and then WAIT for them to say okay you're all set. I have had to repeat this process yesterday and now today.

Can you find out what is going on with the WA email site???????? I have my affiliate emails in there and when I can't get in it is a WASTE OF MY TIME. This needs to be fixed.

What happens when you try to login?

If you are still having issues, I suggest creating a hosting support ticket here:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

You can also find this within the Websites menu under the "SiteSupport"(to the left). This is where you should go if you ever have loading issues with your website, email issues, plugin/theme issues, or if you accidentally do something that adversely impacts your website.

This support is 24/7 and upon submitting your ticket we will look into it right away John!

Hi Kyle,

Thank you for the warm welcome.
I hope I will stay with WA a long period of time.

I have question that somewhere in near future will become very important .

Is it possible to do affiliate marketing without opening an e-bussines company at the beginning when the business is not profitable? To open , run and close an e-bussiness company is not cheap so if my income for ex is around 100$/month , it is not worth but in some EU countries even this is considered income and you have to pay tax. So what can you do to stay legally in this business ? Even if I will earn something at the beginning I'd like to reinvest it in trainings and ads so I can not see any profit in this bussiness for years but money will come to my bank account and all tax office want to see that these are going to a company and not private person. Actually this is my big issue with affiliate marketing type of bussines. At the momen I can not see how I can do it legaly without loosing money because I have to run a non profit bussines for 1-2 years. Please advice.

Thank you for answer,
Best regards
Hunor

Everybody earns money at a different rate, so it really depends on the person.

After membership if you stay long time without starting marketing because it seems me it takes me time so what I want know is there any fee for membership or free? But when I say like that to follow the courses by link (online) up to sure to understand.
2 Question What about Click bank about fee monthly or fee?
Reply
Kyle Premium
I am not sure what you are asking here? There are NO fees with affiliate programs, but there is a fee here for the premium membership.

It is $19 the first month, then it is $49 per month after the first month. This includes absolutely everything you need to create and grow a business online from the training, weekly live classes, he support, the tools, the websites/hosting, the mentoring, network, exclusive access to all updates...you name it.

We also have a 6 month option for $234 which works out to be $39 per month when paid in full, and a yearly option of $359 which is a big discount and that works out to be $29 per month when paid in full. You can choose either or.

Hope this helps you out Hidries and if you have any further questions let me know.

Hey, Kyle!

I preface my question by stating that Wealthy Affiliate is great! Though I never got to a point where I had a lot of traffic, I've learned much.

I am stepping out of WA and I'm selling real estate. I purchased a domain name [rickhenrichsgroup.com] through WA for my real estate business. Since I will not be renewing my account with WA next month, what will happen to my domain name?

Thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear you are wanting to cancel your membership. We have a great deal of exciting stuff planned for the community and platform at Wealthy Affiliate in the coming weeks and months ahead. We are truly going to be progressing and continuing to lead the affiliate/internet marketing industry as we march forward with some innovative new training and technologies.

We hope you reconsider to give up, but can totally understand if you need a break.

If you quit your Premium membership, you will still be able to manage all of your domains here and you will be able to route your DNS settings (nameservers) to point to other hosting companies.

You will also be able to continue to purchase your domains as well using our SiteDomain service, even as a non Premium member.

We also host your website for 30 days beyond the cut off date, which gives you time to still work on it or move it to another host in the meantime. Our hosting support can restore your website for up to 6 months from back-up if you are away longer than the 30 days.

Hope this clarifies for you and of course Rick, I wish you nothing but the best in the future.
