The Pyramid of OLD Jobs is Dying.

For decades, business followed one predictable shape: a pyramid. At the bottom was the Creator. Above that, layers formed (Craftsman, Captain, Conductor, Chairman) and finally the CEO at the top. Middle management for a better word...or a complex hierarchy that often times didn't reward the very person that was responsible for the "output", and often times some of the most creative components of the bigger "cog".
In the OLD model (and still current for many companies), you climbed upward over time. You delegated. You hired. The closer you moved toward the top, the further you drifted from the actual work of creation.

That structure was not philosophical. It was practical. It existed because of human limitation. No single person could execute, manage, analyze, strategize, and build systems all at once. So we stacked roles. We built hierarchy to compensate for constraint.

AI removes the OLD Heirarchy.

The model isn't evolving. It completely flips.

The Creator is no longer at the bottom of the pyramid. The Creator now has access to every layer. Execution can be automated. Projects can be coordinated by agents. Systems can be designed with AI assistance. Data can be analyzed in real time. Strategy can be modeled instantly.
What once required departments now requires direction.

The pyramid is dead. The Creator runs the factory. This is the new world that is taking shape before our eyes, and I really hope that each and every person fully understand the direct power that this is putting into all of their hands.
It's less about "losing all your jobs", and more about discovering and utilizing this newfound capability.
